Bought these for my wife who is not technical at all and she actually uses them all the time. They are especially good for hands free phone work - perfect clarity. Her business is on the phone all day, and the fit in the ear is very comfortable. She forgets they are in her ear. I have the Buds+ and these are much more comfy. The app is outstanding and BT pairing is fast and easy.

These are perfect. I have had them for quite some time now and haven't had any issues with the earbuds, case, nor charging them. I use them a lot and the fact that I can go 3 days without having to charge the case is amazing.

The sound quality is excellent and the buds pair very easily with my phone and watch, but the battery life is very erratic. If the box is supposed to keep them charged up when I'm not using them, then it doesn't seem to be doing a good job of it.
