Then about a month ago the left stopped working. Soon after, they wouldn’t charge. About a week ago they started charging (the right only.. left is still dead) but the charge lasts maybe an hour. I have had them less than two years.

Also, I've only had for 7 months and the sound quality decreased drastically. The left bud is super low, I can barely hear anything out of it. The good thing is the battery life is pretty stable, they'll last almost a whole day before needing to be charged.

I personally don't mind this design choice. My only complaint is that the one size fits all design does not work very well. For me personally the left earbud does not stay in well however the right earbud does. If you want a solid seal and to not hear anyone though, just buy the new bose sport earbuds.

Unfortunately, it hurts my ears when stays longer time. The connection range between my phone and earbuds breaks away in short distance. The max volume isnt that loud and the noise canceling doesnt work well. You still hear sounds even it was ON. Planning to return.

Now I've become accustomed to using only one at s time while the other stays in the case to charge. Now the Bahru life of the case itself is freaking awesome. I charged it and came back a month later and it was still charged. But it does have a lot of updates
