    Great earbuds, sound comfort, i had to use the larger ear pads and they atill tend to slowly loosen from the ear socket but never fall out. If just for thst i would have recoewed a 4 or 5 but the issue is if you lose them while in the case the app cannot locate them. Stupid....

    Great for people with ears that this can fit into. This doesn't fit in mine and it's easy to fall out. Kidney bean looking earbuds. It hooked in one of my ears but then on the other ear it didn't seem to stay on. So my ears still best using the one with earbdud tips.

    I have small ears so granted I might be an outlier here, but man did they hurt when I tried inserting them into my ears, regardless of the rubber tip things I used. Customer service guy at returns said I'm not the first to return because of this issue
