I love these earbuds, I just wish they were waterproof. This is my 3rd pair. I spend alot of time on the lake and my first 2 sets now live with the fishes. I finally bought a waterproof case to keep them in. I highly recommend.

Disappointing to have 300.00 samsung Pro earbuds and not be ablw use independently 1 ear at time

Great quality, easy to carrie, small, block out sound sistem AND WORKS GREAT.

Love it it fits perfect in my ears, no need for ambient sound to hear things around me, can wear for hours no pain at all.

Touch controls are too sensitive. Sometimes they don't work. Sometimes it takes few seconds to respond after you touch it. Sound quality is okay. Mic quality is not good. Too much echo. Price could be lower. Wish they're also matter finish.

Great product I just wish my left earbud would stop falling out.

Awesome product. Nice highs and nice lows. My only problem with these are. When your around loud noises u can still hear your back ground. The music does go through but the noise canceling doesn't work well. These are not inner ear so you will still hear alotnof back ground noise.

Best ear buds on the market i like the so much I bought two pair

Absolutely the worst Samsung product I've ever purchased. They work but are the most uncomfortable ear buds ever produced. The noise cancellation is non existent and the quality of sound is about as good as the old string and tin can you played with as a child. Were it not too late, I would return these. I tried my wife's Apple Pro buds(I HATE Apple products generally) and those things blow the Samsung product away in every dimension. Yes, I bought these because they were less expensive but also because I love my Samsung devices (I have both the S20 phone and a new Tab Pro which are awesome). My chief complaint with the bus are the awful, uncomfortable fit in the ear (it feels like putting rock hard candy in your ears) and the total lack of noise cancellation. I'm unbelievably upset about this. I keep them because I thought I'd just adapt and get used to them but that just ain't gonna happen. Now I'm out a hundred bucks and have to suffer through using these things until they die. My luck they'll last forever.

I was on the hunt for new headphones that didn't feel like they were constantly falling out. Other than apple headphones, I always struggle with finding anything that sits well and stays without needing constant readjustment. I purchased these, and Dr. Dre Beats Pro and these won, hands down. The appearance is strange and I didn't anticipate these fitting and staying as well as they did. I can put these in and shake my head around: no movement. I can't say the same for any other headphone I've owned, including the ones that came with multiple rubber tips to find the most appropriately sized one--none of them stayed well. The case has a nice weight to it, and the headphones snap into it very nicely. My only complaint is I wish it were textured similar to an xbox elite controller; the texture of the case is very slippery. I'm already shopping for a case because otherwise I'll be dropping these constantly. Sound: Amazing. While this doesn't have the traditional equalizer options like some other manufacturers provide, I'm not mad about what is provided. Within the Galaxy Buds Live app there are 6 equalizer presets: Normal, bass boost, soft, dynamic, clear and treble boost. I thought I'd favor bass boost because I like punchier sound but dynamic blew it out of the park. You can view the battery level of each headphone within the app as well as use the find my earbuds option which makes them beep, and isn't like the find my... apple feature. There's an option for active noise cancelling which I haven't tested yet, but if it's anything like everything else, I'm sure I'll like it. Battery life: Listed as 8 hours and I seldom use them for that long, but I'm hoping to update this in the future to confirm/deny this. When I was picking headphones, it was between these, airpods and Beats Fit Pro. Airpods were immediately ruled out for the battery life of 6 hours--I work from home but the times I have to go into my place of employment, I need them to last 8 hours minimum and having to charge them throughout the day is inconvenient. Connectivity: Fairly straight forward, but initial setup was a bit of a pain. It synced with my iPhone flawlessly, much like a set of airpods do with the pop up prompting you to register the headphones to your phone. When I tried to sync them to my gaming PC is where the problem came in--trying to connect via the bluetooth options was giving me nothing, nor was trying with the galaxy bud app from the microsoft store. IF you're trying to do this and having the same issue, unpair the headphones from your phone and turn off bluetooth, then sync with your PC. When I turned off bluetooth on my phone, it wasn't enough and my PC still didn't recognize them as available. As soon as i unregistered them, it popped up to add. Now I have it synced with my phone and PC and while turning music off on one and starting it on the other doesn't auto switch, it's a simple button push in the bluetooth menu which isn't a deal breaker for me. Overall a great headphone and I'm excited to see how they fare during cleaning, yard work, etc.

These ear buds are the worst don't buy them they constantly fall out your ear and the warranty does not cover for getting lost due to they dont stay in the ear. Im very disappointed now i only have one ear bud the only thing nice is the color i had blue also the piece falls off the ear bud too
