These are really nice ear buds, comfortable in the ear, with great sound, but I returned them, because of the lack of a soft seal/ passive noise reduction in the ear. I travel by air weekly, and the lack of a soft seal means the ANC has to work overtime on the airplane, resulting in kind of a strange hum onboard the airplane in flight. Wouldn’t hesitate to use these for any other circumstance, but I didn’t like them on the airplane.

Having recently switched from the world of Apple to the world of Samsung, I was very concerned in two areas... wireless earphones and smartwatches. The AirPods Pro and Apple Watch were awesome. Well, concern is gone. These blow them away! The sound stage is great, the battery life is excellent, the compact-ness of it is second to none and the noise cancellation beats Apple's. And, if that wasn't enough, they are cheaper!

The quality on these is pretty incredible and for such a low price! I have been enjoying my time using them for sure!

Great sound quality and really comfortable, snug fit in ears. The blue color is striking. Very different from regular black or white.

As an adamant apple product user, these are a pretty great item for a much lower price especially when found on sale. I use these in my office at work to have some music playing at a lower volume. Minus 1 star for comfort level and learning how to use. After a little over an hour my ears start to hurt even after looking up a video on how to use them.

Love these! Def a plus that I can have these in and still hear train announcements during my commute. Also a plus that no-one knows that I have these in because they sit in ear and no annoying 'stem'. I use these with my iPhone and they work great.

Very nice fitting and the sound quality is good. The design is elegant to fit in your ear and the design of the case to recharge the buds very nice.

They are good to wear for everday activities. They are smalla nd compact and dont hurt your ears after a while like othe earbuds do.

I've been looking for earbuds that would actually fit in my ears so that I never have to adjust them once they're in. These earbuds were the solution to this problem. They fit great, they sit in place and they never move no matter what I do, so I'm not spending all day readjusting these earbuds with every little head movement I make. I was surprised at how deep the bass was on these earbuds, it's quite powerful, perhaps the most powerful bass I've heard on any earbuds to date I've tried. The app is well done, and being able to connect on an Android and make adjustments is simple and to the point. The best app for any earbuds or headphones for sure. The connection is quick and to the point. However I didn't buy these for my phone. I bought it for my PC. This is a heavily flawed product. The first thing I did was use the Galaxy Buds app for Windows 10 to connect them, hoping there would be options for adjusting the sound on Windows 10 because the sound on Android was awful. The app runs on Windows 10 but it NEVER actually sees the earbuds, so I can never connect them through the app to proceed. Windows 10 BT Manager sees the earbuds just fine, just not Samsung's own app which is kinda ironic. The issue for this is far beyond the Windows 10 app, the problem with these earbuds -- despite the supreme booming bass -- is that ALL of the other sounds suffer. The bass drowns everything out and there is no way to adjust this. Vocals sound like they're being yelled through a wall. The treble sounds like it's coming from under water. And in higher volumes, the bass sounds hard and rattily. There is no surround or spatial sound to these earbuds, it's very close to the center so everything sounds dull and flat, with no way to change this. Because the non-bass sound is subpar, it almost has the quality of a $10 pair of earbuds, just with better bass. I have some off-brand $16 earbuds that sound like they should $150 earbuds and are superior to these Galaxy Buds (if only they would stay in my ears). I don't understand why, but Samsung missed the mark on the audio quality of these, despite being the best design for sitting in hears. They could have had the best of both worlds. No matter what type of music I listen to, the adjustments I make, whether on Android or Windows 10, or using external EQ software, anything I do results in the audio with a tinny-like low-powered sound to it, and turning up the volume makes everything sound like a 64 kbps bitrate streaming MP3, like back in the early 2000s. There is no way I am keeping these or recommending them to anyone else. You can seriously get $15 earbuds with superior audio quality if you don't mind having to adjust them in your ears often. I had expected supreme quality from Samsung on this. I was disappointed.

At first I was unsure if I would like these because they fit so different than any earbud I have used. Which is quite a few. This is the first pair of top shelf I have ever owned. I absolutely love them. They are so much more comfortable and stay in so well. The sound quality is excellent but I only listen to audiobooks. Battery life is incredible. Could use some improvement on the range. The controls are kinda tricky and could use some work but still a lot better than pushing a bud into the brain to pause or adjust volume.
