Cant complain super comfortable you can even sleep with them, wireless charging my opinion they are great.

Great improvement in sound but fell flat on the design. Who decided the bean shape? I upgraded to this due to buds was lacking in superiority in sound for calls or multimedia. Eventhough the style looks odd its suprisingly comfortable but now a days I want to show off stylish headphone at work or just out and about. Samsung needs to improve in their style design they need to bring back the buds design!

I returned this product. The sound quality is great! The bass goes crazy. Easy to pair with many devices (apple iphone, etc). Even though the kidney bean design is nice, it's very uncomfortable. It left markings on my ears and caused irritation. It works for some, but not for everyone.

Really different, took some time to get use to them but finally did it, extremely comfortable, excellent range of sound taking in count that are open ( outside of your ear canal). DON'T spect your ear to vibrate with the bass, but it can be really appreciate it after all is really there. Well balanced sound. For the disconnection problems, if it happens you are putting it to low or pushing them to the ear canal, so the sensor will start to turning the earbud off. See the instructions videos on the web very closely.

The earbuds are comfortable and sound pretty good. I got these when they were on sale and its worth. The only thing i dont like about the headphones is the touch sensativity, if you barley touch the headphones to push them back in your ear it will disconnect the call or stop your music. Good thing is this feature can be turned off in the settings.

Wireless earbuds, but my ears are too small and these are too big. Sound quality is excellent.

First pair of Samsung wireless earbuds i have purchased to use with any Samsung phone, not the loudest, but they have great sound and just enough bass to enjoy your music. The AKG tuning of the sound is A1. I love the fact that i don't have to stick anything into my ear canal because of the design. I don't feel isolated from the outside world.

Great sound quality. I had a little difficulty pairing them with my phone at first but they may have been my phone

Nice once i figured out how they fit in the ear. Not very good at noise canceling but audio is still adequate.

Really great product has long duration, different modes and are trackable.

Reception poor. When turning your head reception will change. When phone is in left pocket and turn head right sound will skip. Does have good sound. Battery stays charged for a long time. Ear buds fit comfortable in ears. Phone calls sometimes garbled.

I have the galaxy buds+ and pro. My wife has issues with ear buds because most of them go down in your ear. So she has only had headphones because of this. But she just bought these and loves them. She said that they don't bother her ears. It is almost like there is nothing in her ears. She said the quality is outstanding. Much better than any headphones that she has had. She loves that they don't bother her ears and that she doesn't have to wear the big headphones anymore.

I love them! They are easy to pair, comforable and very quick charge! If you run though, they might not be the best option.

This blue color is amazing. I love the fit and the quality of these Bluetooth ear buds. Easy to use & easy to set up and charge.
