The sound great but little issue with them fitting in my ears

I love these. I’m an iPhone user. I’ve had the AirPods, AirPod pros, beats, beats pro, Bose, Samsung plus, Jabra, etc. I love these. Comfortable. Great fit. Do not fall out at all. Stick out the least of any I’ve ever had. People hear me great. I hear them. I hear my surroundings. I want them in different colors now. lol. I have the Royal Blue ones. I definitely recommend.

I like the size and wright of these earbuds. Fitment feels nice also, not snug but a little better than my Sony WF 1000xm3's. Sound & and aren't as good as the Sony but definitely good enough. Small case too. Build quality feels a little cheap, but I guess its be expected for the price perhaps. Easy setup with the app & connects effortlessly with my Note 20 Ultra. Recommended.

Paired to my phone with no issues. Battery life is amazing.

Sound quality is awesome and connects via bluetooth seemlessly to all devices. Will take some getting use to, havent figured out how the buttons work and what the beeps mean when I tap or touch them when they are in my ear, but I am new to wireless earbuds so I'm still learning. Definitely a comfy easy fit, which is why I picked these. Worth the money.

Love these earbuds. This is my second pair. Good fit in my ears. Nice looking. Lots of compliments when seen.

I am a huge Samsung fan and really wanted to love these buds. However, I ended up having to return them. Music sounded great and the app was good. The problems were inconsistent connection quality and accidental button selection. I found that when I put my phone in my pocket or down by my side, my connection would go in and out or become very digital sounding. Also, you cannot adjust the buds with out accidentally selecting a button, causing the music to stop or skip tracks...even worse, accidentally hang up a call. Love the cool factor, comfort and sound. Hopefully, the connection issue can get corrected through a software update. I just couldn't wait with my return window closing.

These earbuds are nice! I Iove that they match my new Note20! The app is super easy to use and love that they auto-connect when I take them out of the case! The sound quality is very good and you can adjust the settings in the Samsung Wearable app. I was concerned with them staying in my ears because I have tiny ears but I haven't had any problems thus far. I hesitated to buy these because they come with a hefty price tag but I am happy with my purchase and have no regrets.

Very good earphones with a decent battery life, especially if you mostly use one earbud at a time like I usually do. Even when using both the battery life holds up well. The earbuds themselves recharge in the case fairly quickly as well which adds to the positive experience. The fit takes getting used to at first but once you get used to it, you forget it's even there, even more so when you figure out the positioning sweet spot for your own ears.

After owning the Galaxy earbud line, I got to say I am disappointed. Besides the nice design and acceptable sound, these fail in reliability. Noise Cancellation is useless and connecting these to my PC causes the latency to be unusable. My $40 wireless earbuds offer better connection with equal sound.

Today's Best Buy experience was like every other Best Buy experience I've had. The Best! I've been purchasing my electronics only at Best Buy for several years now. Every person who helps me is just the most genuinely nice people. Always a positive attitude and helpful. If you don't purchase the warranty with everything you buy here you aren't doing yourself any favors. Their warranty and return policy are always an easy to solve problem. I can't say enough about them they all deserve raises and incentives because of your stellar employees I've spend 1000s at Best buy. They really are that awesome. I'd hire them away if I was recruiting good people. I don't know if I could woo them away though they seem so happy to work there. Today at the Tualatin store which is my favorite just because started with a helpful young lady who's name I forget now but she was working by geek squad who helped me find Vanessa another sweet and helpful young lady. She printed my receipts for the two things I needed to return. Then a nice young man found me Brittany to help me find what was looking for. Ethan and Will both helped me with the exchanges and these two were just as sweet helpful and professional and the others that took the time to help me. Everyone is always so polite. It's so nice to know they're always like this. It make me happy to refer and preach to people the Awesomeness of Best Buy and their return policy when you purchase their warranty worth every single penny. These headphones are just as good as my experience today. Easy to set up and great quality. Thank you Best Buy Peeps! I'll be back for my computer as soon as they're in stock again. Which tells me I'm not the only one who's BB loyalist.

I buy the pro version first was not happy with fit but then i try Buds Live and very happy with it so far, lot more comfortable then pro and love the battery life. sound is clear and good for music. its is very lite which is good and bad, Bad cuz if it drop out you won't realize it so you have to check regularly. I would defiantly recommend it.
