First time trying them out was at a work session. Earliest started going in and out and disconnecting with a full charge. Disconnected and reconnected and the same messy sound. These are garbage!!! I'm writing this review with them on my ear now and only one is on.....

The buds have a heating love relationship with the design but I think it's perfect for me others always feel like they're too heavy or they're falling on my ear or I have the continuously try to readjust them The beans fit in my ear perfectly fine and yes the charge is great I do wish there was a little louder at times for music or podcast they're perfectly fine I have no problem with them I just wish that Samsung would possibly create an upgrade version of this same design.

I'm going to be upfront. I thought these would be bad. They don't seal your ear canals, so I assumed they wouldn't sound great or cancel noise. I was wrong. The sound: It's full-bodied, deep, clear, and quality. You can listen to music while sitting next to someone and understand them without an issue. Frankly, I'm amazed they achieve this without needing tips. The noise cancellation: I can't explain how it works but it just does. It won't erase all noise like a pair of Sony WF-1000's, and they don't make loud noise quiet, but unlike the Sonys, the noise cancellation feels relaxed and comfortable. My ears don't feel pressured or funny with it turned on. Comfort: They're comfortable for extended use because they don't have annoying silicone tips rubbing and pushing in your ear canals. This is the most important feature for me, and that's what sold me. They're also impressively small and sleek.

They’re amazing!!! I can rock out to any rock music without them falling from my ear. I have very small ears so a colleague of mine suggested purchasing these. The black ones is what he showed however this color goes great with my skin tone. The only difference between these and the ones my colleague has is the size. These are a LOT LARGER - Yet they still manage to stay in my ear. Lowers the music once it hears sirens or any loud noises you can’t seem to hear while listening to music and the moment you bypass those loud sounds. The volume seems to return to its normal settings. I’ve showered with them, well the one I do have left lol, and it’s still functioning properly!!!! They’re worth purchasing I must say. Now - One minor issue I would address. Once you’re talking on the phone and someone calls on the other line. You’ll have to reconnect the earbud to the phone , for some odd reason - It doesn’t stay connected. (This is with IPhone Experience and not android though). I’m not sure how it operates with androids - Probably very well being as though apple has its own AirPods. Battery life is great - I went three days w/o charging them and by the end of the nigh it was time to add ozone charge to the battery. I hope this truly helps!!!

They have excellent sound, they fit very well charge fast hold a good charge and the case charges the buds fast. They are a decent price for a great set of ear buds. I use these as a heavy equipment operator daily and coyldnt be happier with my purchase.

I love these so much, best decision and investment ! I came from using Bose qc 20 the earphone they discontinued sadly. But these where a nice alternative, hopefully they can improve the noise cancellation, but its still good. They dont fall out of your ear if you’re working out or anything else, you can also take one off and the other one still plays. The thing i love about these earbuds is that you can track them, lets say you drop one in your house and can’t find it. Use the app and you can make it chirp ( yeah you hard me right lol chirp like a baby bird), its the cutest thing. I let my 2 year niece use the box with them in it to play, but she ran outside and lost one, i just tracked it and my family also love them its very useful for familiar places ( car, house, friends house, outside ) It would be nearly impossible to track them in a theme park it would be to loud so just try not to lose them in a public place that’s crowded . Also, the tracking app only works best when its fully charged or higher than 10%, if your earbud is less than 10% or around 5% it’ll try to conserve the battery and Chirp once or twice if you lose them, so just make sure they’re charged. ( also this isn’t like finding your phone type of tracker. You have to remember last place you’re at lol its more of an alarm tracker ) And the battery last forever !! And charges super fast !

These are my absolute favorite earbuds for listening to music and the podcasts that I enjoy. They provide clear listening, with good treble during music so you hear the lyrics and your phone calls will be just as clear. The bass can be adequate, I think it’s better than most other earbuds. The noise canceling aspect for me was great. And the controls for them are easy to use both with and without using the app that you can connect to them. I loved these earbuds and would be happily using them daily if someone else hadn’t decided to steal mine from me. I’m going to buy another pair when I can afford them. Oh and if the design of these have you questioning your buy, let me tell you that you need not worry about them falling out of your ears. They look like they would never hold but I’ve worked out time and time again with these in my ears and even with all that sweat they held. To me these are are definite great buy.

I researched for earbuds that don't push inside the ear canal because I cannot stand that, it's too uncomfortable for me, I'm used to wearing over the ear headphones; and I wanted something that looks pretty and don't fall out easily so I can use them during workout. These earbuds fit what I wanted. The color is very pretty (rose gold), although the bean shape might seem weird at first, but they look very good when put on, they don't stick out too much which is good for when I laid my head on the pillow on the side. As for the fit, the box comes with 2 sizes of wings (small and large), neither small or large wings fit my ears, the buds would always fall out on their own and my ears will hurt after wearing them after a while, and no matter how I adjust the angles I put on the earbuds, they won't fit! I was about to return them because of the poor fit, but I found some medium size wings online; and when I put the earbuds with the medium size wings on, omg they finally stay on my ears without falling out and feel comfortable enough to wear for hours! With the medium wings I bought, these buds stayed on even when I work out and when I shake my head really fast. Future note for Samsung, please include medium size wings for you earbuds, it makes no sense to only have small and large sizes. For battery life, I found that these buds would last about 4.5 hours with continuous use with mid-high volume, but they charge pretty fast in the case. When I put them back in the case for about 15 minutes, the buds would have over 50% battery. With the buds and case fully charged, they last approximately 17-18 hours (based on my usage), I usually charge the case every 3 or 4 days depending on how much I use them. I like that the case can be wirelessly charged, it's very convenient for me. Now let's talk about the sound of these earbuds, I mainly listen to rock and metal music, and these buds can handle some subgenres of rock but not others. For example, they can't handle the complex sounds of shoegaze, no wave, heavy metal... etc. Anything that involves multiple instruments producing complicated layers of sounds, these buds can't handle them very well. Maybe I'm spoiled by my Marshall headphones that are designed to be more powerful and better for listening to rock and metal, I just can't distinguish the different layers of sounds with these earbuds, the sounds are all meshed up together or too distorted. However, these earbuds do have some powerful bass for their small size! I listened to some bass heavy songs, and these buds deliver them all very well. Overall, I don't recommend these earbuds for people who's going to use them mainly for listening to rock and metal music. But to be fair, I probably shouldn't be comparing these earbuds to headphones which are designed to be more powerful, these buds produce clear sounds for most other genres like ballad, jazz, blue... and watching videos or listening to podcasts. And I only use these buds occasionally when I'm working out and laying on bed watching videos, so they're good for my usage. Last thing I want to mention is the active noise cancellation (ANC), they're definitely not the best ANC earbuds, they draw out most low frequency sounds but even with the volume set to highest and ANC on, I can pretty much hear everything surrounding me. However, the design is open-ear, and I think Samsung does advertise the ANC to only be able to block out low frequency sounds so I wasn't expecting much noise cancellation with these earbuds. In conclusion, I would recommend these earbuds to those like me who cannot stand to wear earbuds that push into ear canal, produce decent sounds with good bass, don't mind the weak ANC, comfortable to wear for hours (with the right fit), and good quality.

These sound as good as the other samsung buds, just with a lot less bass, but it still sounds really good. With the new design you always hear your surroundings and sometimes even when you are listening to music a lower volume. Thats not a big deal because that is one of the reasons you would get these. The call quality is amazing, whether you have one ear piece in or both, and because these dont make a seal in your ear, it allows you to hear your own voice and not get that weird feeling of pressure or muffledness like with the buds plus. The battery is fine nothing special especially compared to the samsung buds plus. The active noise cancelling does absolutely nothing. I have out myself in different situations and turned the feature on and off and I cannot tell any difference. The active noise cancelling only cancels out low end sounds, unlike real noise cancelling which cancels both highs and lows. These fit well in my ears, I cant get them to fall out even when I try, and honestly I struggle to take them out. The touch controls works great, however you will get a lot of accidental touches when taking the buds out of your ear, which is kinda annoying when you only want to take one out and leave the other in because it stops or skips your song, so hopefully there is a way software can reduce these accidental touches when taking the buds out. The software will allow you to turn the touch controls off but I dont view this as a solution just an inconvenience. I have small ears and these are all hard plastic and because of how they sit against the cartilage of your and for me, it starts to hurt my ears and I have played with the position but cant get it to go away. It is horrible and only makes my ears feel fatigued after about 2 or 3 hours of wearing them. The connection is obviously top tier, they pair super fast (I have the gear app and on a samsung), they easily stay connected across my house and they never get weird skips which I experienced a lot with the Jabras and J-Bids. Overall, I think these are really good but feel like a step down from the Buds plus, which have much better battery life and because of the design have better bass, a better or more consistent fit, and are more comfortable. I think if the noise cancelling was actual noise cancelling and not just marketing lies then I would say these would be amazing and a must have especially if you want earbuds that allow you to better hear your surroundings. Because the buds plus without active noise cancelling make a seal in your ear that blocks absolutely everything.

I had these for 5 days now and really enjoyed. They are really convenient. Sound: These sound great compared to my previously cheap $35 buds that I got 3 years ago. However, the sound quality is not mind-blowing. Just good considering open-ear wireless earbuds. Fit: I have small ears so the in-ear buds fall out and are uncomfortable. These fit effortlessly and will last on hours before getting slightly uncomfortable. I jogged and did pullovers on the bars at the park. They never fell out. Mic: People said that I sound crystal clear. Noise-canceling: Sometimes it is hard to tell if it does anything. It's weird. The buds are easier to hear when turned on. Don't buy these for this feature. Controls: Intuitive but sometimes does not register or is too sensitive. It always registers when I take then out of my ear. Battery life: I had them in for about 4 hours at work and had plenty of juice left (they were not fully charged at the start). Doesn't seem like an issue. Connection: Pretty solid. No drops. A few rare dips in volume. Good range. Cons: The case is like rose gold. Guys might not like it. The buds themselves look good. Watching youtube you can see that the voice is slightly out of sync. I heard there was a sync feature, but maybe only for samsung phones.

I used to have the Galaxy Buds+, but those got used way too much and stopped working after three years. Now I got these and they sounds amazing. I didn't think the open design would facilitate full, rich sound, especially bass tones, but even that sounds awesome. Not only that but they're way more comfortable than earbuds that plug your ears. I can wear them all day and forget I have them in (if I'm not listening to music). I can still hear people and environmental noise and that means they're great for safety and knowing what is going on around you. If you haven't got these yet, go out and get 'em.
