Great service, love the way i was treated well be going back

The sound quality was fine, nothing special. They were very comfortable. But these aren't what I'd call noise cancelling. I heard every background noise outside of my ears while using them. I also had to crank up the volume in order to use them as well. Still heard outside noises. So sadly returning these as comfort isn't a reason to keep them.

I love these! They are the first ear buds I have had. The sound quality is great and they are easy to put in place and they stay there.

So far these are my favourite galaxy buds. I like the bean design that sits in your ears rather than having the traditional silicon inserts. Despite that they still fit fantastically and haven't fallen out once. The sound quality is amazing with the noise cancellation. My one gripe is that the call quality can sometimes be a little difficult for the people I'm talking to as the mics can be a bit of a sound sponge. If there was a possible update to allow them to be more isolating with that, they'd be perfect.

Great sound! The touch features can be confusing but overall satisifed

Bought these for my son for his birthday. I think they sound better than my Airpods Pro. I have an iPhone and he has a Samsung phone. I haven't tried these (along with the app) on my iPhone, but I might do so and just get another pair of buds as these sounded really nice. I had previously taken a chance buying the Samsung Galaxy Buds for my iPhone, but returned them because the app on the iPhone was only partially functional. I suspect Samsung has targeted that for improvement, so I'm curious how these would work with the iPhone

This is a really great pair of earbuds , I paired these with an s21 ultra n the sound is unbelievable. Great bass , great highs n lows

Love these better than the 1st generation. These really block out noise around you and don't slide out while I sweat at the gym.....

They sound very good love the quality of sound and they are very comfortable to sleep with them on ..... listening to asmr

I bought as a gift for my daughter and she loves them. They fit nicely in her ears without falling out and the sound is awesome, she said.

I like the comfort of them, and that it's setting in the ear, not the canal, not overly visible. I wish the battery life was better, and I wish these would connect to 2 different devises at the same time. I have 2 phones, therefore wear 2 different buds at the same time. There are other brands out there that can connect to 2 different devices, but I didn't want to lose the sound or comfort these provide.

Love these, they are great sounding and feel great in your ear. I'd highly recommend.

These are awesome! Much better bass, fit well however, the nose cancelling is fair. No matter how snug the fit. None the less, these are GREAT

The sound on these is amazing! Like i am at a concert! And they fit so comfortably inside my ears. I love these!
