So, I used my galaxy buds + and loved but lost them.... I primarily used them when skateboarding with a full face helmet on.... had issues putting the helmet on and maintaining a seal, and problems with them bouncing across the concrete every time I took my helmet off.... these solved that prob as they sit flush in your ear. Over all the buds sound great and are the quality one expects from samsung.....Beans!!!!

I was hesitant to buy these due to some of the reviews, but they we on sale and I went for it. The sound is excellent for me, very bassy, crisp and clear. I have these and the galaxy buds +. These are NOT very good at noise cancelling as the buds +. I also use them to make calls, very clear and I haven't had any issue with the other caller saying they can't hear me or anything. They were also very easy to set up with my s21 phone.

I love these earbuds. They fit perfectly in my ears and the sound quality is pretty great, just make sure you turn on Noise Cancelling.

I purchased these earbuds because they dont dig in your ear like all the others and it totally succeeds. The sound quality is great. I did take a star away because the noise canceling isn't great which isnt a surprise given my pro from a little earlier. Overall i love these and would recommend to anyone.

I genuinely love the new Buds Live. It takes a little getting used to initially. But then the fit is really comfortable and sound is great

the buds sound good and are very comfortable to wear for extended time. the case is small and easy to carry. I would recommend these.

These buds are very comfortable, low profile, and has excellent sound quality! Samsung has really outdone themselves with this product!

I've had this item for less than 2 months, never dropped it or caused any high impact contact to occur but yet it keeps dropping my calls, severe static on my calls. The Samsung rep assisted me the first time I called complaining about it and had me reset it. Less than 1 week after the reset, it started doing the same thing but much worse. Now, I can't be heard by the person on the receiving end when speaking regularly or very loud. Samsung has always been my go-to for tech products, this is the first item I got from that that I was really looking forward to owning due to the look and design. Highly disappointed. Had to send back to Samsung because it was still under manufacture warranty. Thank god as I did opt not to purchase extra warranty from Best Buy at time of purchase. I will think twice next time I buy an electronic device.

I was really optimistic when buying these, and I ended up returning them. They did not fit in my ears well (it is very hard to find good earbuds that fit in your ears) but they still delivered good sound, and are very sleek. If they would've fit well, I would've kept them! I went with the Galaxy buds pro instead.
