Surprisingly great ear buds with nice bass and treble levels. Not good for sealing sound away since its open ear buds style but overall solid ear buds.

The product was purchased for a Christmas gift. The person stated that the ear buds are not user friendly. Especially when answering a call and turning the volume up or down you have to tap in a a specific area of the earbud. Also; you have to remember how many taps to accept a call, switch from listening music to retrieving a call.

These are great for everyday wear and going to the gym. I love that these never fall out while I'm working out and they are super comfortable.

These are really good in my opinion and live up to the hype around them although the new buds pro are coming out so I'm debating if I should switch.

They were bought for my wife on her birthday. She said that she gives them 5 out of 5 stars. They do sound good. So I’ll say that it’s a great product

I was somewhat disappointed with these, even with my somewhat relaxed expectations regarding sound. ANC was not why I bought them. I was looking for something to wear that would provide background music, not interfere with my glasses, and be comfortable to wear. I had read many reviews on these buds, and I knew not to expect audiophile grade music from them. However, I was still disappointed with the hollow, muddy sound that I was getting from them. I tried the various EQ settings in the app. The "clear" setting worked the best, and I even worked different EQ settings in Poweramp. Still, not with satisfactory results. I was willing to continue working on getting decent sound out of them, but my final decision to return them was based upon the fact that they hurt my ears. I wouldn't say I have small ears, but these things pressed on a couple points enough to become an annoyance after 30 minutes. I tried them in three different sessions over three days, hoping I would just get used to them. Just didn't happen. One other niggle: the touch control is somewhat finicky, as others have pointed out. Great idea Samsung, but they need to be streamlined and fine tuned. They may work well for others, but they just didn't work for me.

The only downside is that they were not as comfortable as the air pods. Other than that they were great. Battery life and the app were phenomenal.
