I personally don't mind this design choice. My only complaint is that the one size fits all design does not work very well. For me personally the left earbud does not stay in well however the right earbud does. If you want a solid seal and to not hear anyone though, just buy the new bose sport earbuds.

Unfortunately, it hurts my ears when stays longer time. The connection range between my phone and earbuds breaks away in short distance. The max volume isnt that loud and the noise canceling doesnt work well. You still hear sounds even it was ON. Planning to return.

These little lightening buds are truly incredible. My husband loves them. He is like a little kid under the Christmas tree. Walks throughout home on various levels without the phone, only buds in ear, jamming to music and singing tunes! Excellent pairing with the Samsung A53 5G Smartphone. Samsung has outdone themselves, with this one. Great gifts to hubby!

Also, I've only had for 7 months and the sound quality decreased drastically. The left bud is super low, I can barely hear anything out of it. The good thing is the battery life is pretty stable, they'll last almost a whole day before needing to be charged.
