Despite insertion in a way that feels comfortable to me, the speaker holes at the bottom needs surface area increase as if put in ear in the wrong way, sound is slightly muffled as not positioned right. Not sure how I sound to a caller, but no one has complained that they cant hear me, though sometimes not sure if it is the buds or the caller's connection that sounds muffled or distant to me during some calls.
