Great sound, with problems!

It worked on and off, not reliable there. After a short while sound starts getting distorted. Another big issue, my ears start hurting after short duration use, probably due to the shape.

This doesn't fit in mine and it's easy to fall out. Kidney bean looking earbuds. It hooked in one of my ears but then on the other ear it didn't seem to stay on. So my ears still best using the one with earbdud tips.

So painful

Customer service guy at returns said I'm not the first to return because of this issue
