Different but not the best

The shape of the ear buds were very abstract and provided a different feeling in the ear, very discomforting. I can hear outside noise while playing music, wasn't as loud as I thought it would be.

And worst of all kept falling out of my ears. Returned them for a pair of Sony's which retail for 40 dollars less and are in my opinion a better product.

My Wife Loves the Headphones.

The sound quality is great but the buds sit in the ear and do not seal in the ear cannal. Because the buds don't seal, the noise canceling isn't as effective as my Sony WF-1000XM3. They also do not protrude from the ears like the Sony buds.
