Love this color! Great sound! Very simple to use!!

Honestly, I Fell for My Impulses and bought it for the $99 price tag. The earbuds hang on the outside part of your ear, so there's two problems with that. Since it hangs on the little lobe of your ear, after long sessions, even for just an hour, I felt as if the buds were clamping down on my ears; a really uncomfortable feeling. Secondly, since the buds are not actually in your ear, it feels like the sound is distant, almost like your holding the buds a few inches from your ears. My ears tend to get oily too, so it always felt like the buds were ready to come loose if I tilt my head. The Sound Quality was rather disappointing. I listened for the whole afternoon and evening, and found that the sound is just not good enough. I tried with both music and games, there are too many low sounds even with the volume almost max, and when the song or game gets loud it feels like I'm getting hammered in my eardrums. I'm sure this is the base Unbox Therapy was referring to, but I didn't the the balance would be THAT bad. The Video to Sound Latency is also poor. There's nothing wrong when it comes to videos or music, but when gaming there's a very noticeable delay to what you see and what you hear; like half a second to one second. I had my old Sony MDR ZX770BN Bluetooth headphones and tried them out on the same games. Turns out the latency is so much better, I can't even tell if there is a delay because it seem like there isn't even any. Plus the Sony headphones felt so much more comfy and sounded like a movie theater in my ears. Funny enough, I think I can appreciate headphones so much more after this experience. I don't know why I even bothered with earphones for this long when Bluetooth headphones were so much better. Long Story Short, I really wanted to like these buds but they are just not good enough. I think I'll just stick to their smartphones from here on to be honest. Although I'm pretty bias towards Sony. You can never go wrong with a Sony product haha :^)

I love these!! Had a black pair given to me almost 2 years ago someone stole the case w the 1 earbud in it last year so i finally decided to buy me some more since they were on sale and oh how i have missed them. I call them my ear beans

Earphones have a cool design, not comfortable in ear. Any ear adjustment will pause music or drop phone calls. Very annoying feature & sound quality is not great for being Samsung.

They sound great but a bit less comfortable than the Buds+ and they don't seal in ear meaning no outside noise isolation. Active Noise Cancelling on these is a joke and doesn't really work.

This is the second pair i tried and they had the same issue as the first, Bluetooth issues... audio was break up, very disappointing since they had good sound and very comfortable.

Partner loved them, uses them all the time. they are very light and do not fall out of the ear. I tested them by running and moving my head all crazy and it did not fall out. You will need to find the correct rubber size to use, if its too small these will be coming out of your ear very very easily.

This pretty good earbud, no issues as far as it fits on my ear. The only bit flaw having issues with is very sensitive when touching and fitting to your ear, also I don't feel noise cancelling was working.

Overall these are amazing headphones, my only issue will have to be the touch sensitivity. Every time I want to skip a song it will think I tapped 3x times instead of twice, makes it more difficult when I'm at the gym and want to skip songs.

Bought these headphones for my wife and she likes them very much. It is very light to carry in the ear and the noise cancellation works really well. It takes some time getting used to it and putting it in the ear but you get used to it after a couple of days

These worked well at first then the right ear bud started to cut in and out randomly. However, as always best buy made it right. Also it was difficult to figure out where to tap them.

PURCHASED IN SEPT AND BY DEC THEY WERE GOING BAD. THE SOUND QUALITY ON ONE BUD WAS VERY BAD. OVERALL THE LOOK WAS NICE AND SHAPE IS COOL. IF YOU ARE PURCHASING THESE, BUY A WARRANTY!

These look nice and have a great sound; however, they are not adjustable and, therefore, not a one size fit all product. I actually wound up returning them because they hurt my ears.

Returned the refurbished pair for a new one because of the low sound. The volume is too low for me, I would've returned the new pair too, but I lost one.

Returned them. Could not the volume loud enough, but they did sound good. They are small, so small they are hard to handle. Returned them!

When they work they sound great, however, they don't fit very well into the ear and when you push them back into your ear they stop playing or change songs, etc depending on which ear you press. The worst part is they cut out constantly. It usually starts with the left side, but both of mine cut out all the time when I move around. Thought they were the obvious choice for a Samsung fan, but these are garbage.

Nice fit, quick and easy pairing. Quick charge, can use for alliance activities. Whether running, cutting the grass or just lounging around they are a comfortable fit.

The buds are great took some getting use to also sometimes it doesn't seem like both are in sync but it eventually does. The battery life is my biggest issue but I hear the newer buds+ is just as bad so ...overall I enjoy them.

I purchased 2 pairs of Samsung earbuds, the new "bean" ones and the original wireless ones. The customer service was super fast, super nice, and when I needed to exchange, the story was the same. The earbuds are wonderful too! I definitely will shop Best Buy again and I'd buy these earbuds again!
