They just won't stay connected, tried multiple devices to make sure it wasn't the phone but same issue.

Apparently I have tiny ears, but these wouldnt fit me at all, i could not get them in or to lay flat in any way. I would think for an open speaker design meant to lay in the ear it would be a more manageable size

These buds have about the same quality as $30 - 40 competitors. New users may have trouble keeping at least one bud in. This is frustrating because of the erratic nature of the pause sensors. Sometimes they work, other times they do not. Prolonged use (1-2 hrs) caused pain where the beans latch on the ear. They do stay in the ear and the battery life is good, however, there is little to no noise cancelling.

Cute, but not comfortable to wear for long periods of time. Reception is good and they connect quickly to mt cell phone. The batteries are long lasting.

Perfect earbuds. They are so perfect I purchased a second pair. I have yet to master the skill to navigate the "touch" options, i.e., play music, answer calls but the Galaxy Buds Live, in my opinion, are the best in the market today.

Great sound if they fit your ears properly. Had to return because they hurt when I reached an hour of use. I did enjoy the sound quality though

These have to be my favorite of all the buds I have tried or owned over the years. Ease of use functions, comfortable in the ear, and the sound clarity and the higher volume is what separates them from any others.

This product replacement is great cause down-the-line you never know when electronic something's gonna go out and you have to replace it so therefore I rely on this and I love it keep it up

As far s as the quality of the earbuds they are amazing. But the make of them starts to hurt the inside of your ear after having them inside of your ear for while.

Good quality! The only issue is too big for my ears I did bot buy the guaranteed service not a good choice.

WoW!!!It's been a year since I bought these? Was not able to use it for the purpose of the purchase. Unable to hear the person on the other end of a phone conversation. Unable to increase the volume while speaking on phone. It worked well when listening to music but I bought it to use for phone calls. Can I get a refund from the store?

I've had these earbuds for 4 years and they are very reliable. However there are times when they hurt my ears when i properly insert. Overall, I have not always use these eatbuds.

Use theses all the time at work or home. Love talking with my hands on calls (if you know what I mean). Only issue is that they fall off my hears if I move too fast and have to race my dog to it.

I've always enjoyed the quality of Samsung's earbuds. Something about them these Galaxy Buds Live hurt my ears. Also need more interchangeable rubber ear pieces

I have these Samsung buds, Sony earbuds and two sets of wired earbuds. These are the newest and the worst. The range is half of the other ones I have, and even with my phone in my pocket these buds are sometimes not well connected. Also, after having them in for more than 30 minutes they start to hurt my ears. I am usually a big samsing fan... But these did not make the cut for me.

I bout these right before heading out on a trip lip to Florida. Worked great at cutting out all the jet engine Noise. Didn’t even need to toluene them up Beverly loud to do it either. Good pair for this price. Great sound for the price too.

They are not bad. I did use with an iPhone. I have small ears and they hurt the inside so I returned them. I didn’t feel like the noise cancellation was good.

The only thing I don't like about my galaxy buds is that it's hard to find where to touch them to turn up the volume

Better than the first model by far, and a bit more user friendly, the ambient sound works much better and they are light weight, I cand hardly tell they are in my ears.....great in ear buds...

Had some pairing issues at first with multiple devices, but was able to figure out by researching issues on the internet. Hurt my hears the first couple days, but not an issue now. Now I can't live without!
