The sound quality from these buds are decent, but not great. The fitting of the buds into your ears are sketchy. You have to fiddle with it to line up the speaker with your ear before the sound is perfect. But the main reason I would only give this 3 stars is that the button to touch in order to utilize the play/pause and other features, its complicated. Takes me 3-4 tries before I find it and then it activates. The old Galaxy Buds were better in my opinion.

These are literally my new favorite go toos when it comes to buds. I normally hate the way the fit into my ear. But the way these were designed are so perfect. I can wear these buds for hours without any irritation. Also love the long battery life.

The sound quality is good and they work like they're supposed to but for the size and shape of my ear they were not comfortable

I'm not returning these cause I like them but what the heck? The interchangeable eartips came with two lefts like seriously. The bigger one for my left ear is great but theres no other one for my right ear. So be careful about ordering this if eartips are an issue

I purchased these ear buds thinking they would be an improvement on the original Galaxy Buds. Overall, I was not impressed with the Samsung Galaxy Buds Live. The sound quality was lacking and I felt there was no difference with or without the noise cancellation. These ear buds also kept on falling out of my ear and I could have lost them because of this. If you want good quality ear buds purchase the Galaxy Buds/Buds + and not the Galaxy Buds Live.

The Volume is very low. Despite all efforts to increase the volume, the other party has a hard time hearing me and vice versa.

My husband loves them only downside is they were an xmas gift for my husband we went to exchange the guy refunded on accident day after xmas. i ended up having to pay full price rather than holiday price a little upsetting.

They fit and look great but they were not what I was looking for. They echo and my ears are very sensitive. Not the right fit for me unfortunately.

These are okay buds. I expected louder volume and volume control. This particular pair constantly falls out of my ears.

These are fantastic. I hear stories of Apple ear buds dropping it not connecting, but these sync up with laptops and phones across multiple brands. The color is great, too. Wish the batteries were a bit better, but haven't had them run out on me yet.

I bought this for my mom she loves it. She has an apple phone but she didn't like that stem like piece sticking out from the bottom of the Apple Air Pods. I have a pair myself from Samsung and I never had a bud that comfortable fits my ear until this one.

Nice product, Bixby needs overhauled to better suit. Needs "tap" sensitivity to perform better. Tap also needs easier 1 tap =answer calls. 2 taps =end calls. Better voice recognition

My boyfriend like the buds... however take some time getting used to the in ear option... also am I opinion I think the bud should come in different sizes to accommodate Smaller and larger ears

Have tried a lot of headphones for bike riding. The Powerbeats sound better and also sit well but difficult to use with glasses/shades. These "beans" can be adjusted within the canal and don't fall out. Pairs with Android/Samsung well- Powerbeats has issues.

These are great, if they had volume control it would be better, & sometimes the controls that exist are a little too sensitive- changing songs or turning off due to activities or hair movement

I love my buds. I love the fact I can have them in and still hear full conversation without music playing. The only thing I don't like is that keeping them clean is hard.

Not any where as good as the buds+ in terms of comfort or sound quality. They fall out and almost never feel secure. I wish i could take them back and trade for my buds+ again. Smh. I thought it would just take some getting used to but it's been at least five months & I cant tell you how often I have had to chase an earbud across the floor or street or table. Sorry, Samsung, these are yucky.

The shape of these aren’t made for smaller ears, no matter the size of the cushions. Good headphones though

First time buying "ear buds" and the sound is great!! My left one falls out from time to time but it is probably my ear. These were on sale and I am happy that the sales person advised me to purchase these over a lower version.
