The heat issue seems to have gone away at least for me and what I do as a baker, just don't adjust to hard or else your ear will swell but I have adapted easily but wearing a face mask at work counters the design to a point. (the string pulls your ear)

They good for Samsung user but aren’t as good when you put on, you need a app to use them and activate noise cancellation

Good value and overall sound & features. Although there are better choices out there, includes Samsung Buds Pro.

Every ear is different.. one fits better than the other, wish there was a way to customize fit. Depending on what your doing they can fall out

These are good however they tend to hurt your ears after awhile of use. My other Samsung buds didn’t hurt. But this color is what drawing me. If matches my phone and watch!

There not better then the galaxy buds.. the sound for calls and the Vicky bixby feature is the only good thing for these buds live.. but other than that I would've kept my 1st Samsung buds

I bought them as a gift for a family member, and she is "totally thrilled" with them. She further says that "this is one of the best gifts I have ever gotten." I don't know how they personally, but she seems to be very satisfied!

They are comparable but can fall out. Sounds good not great, microphone is not the best.

Never owned Wireless Earbuds before and got these because a friend recommended them. I love them...just wish the sound quality was just a little better.

sound is great. really wanted to love them, but it wasnt as comfortable in the ear as i wanted. it started to hurt after an hour or two of use.

Bought these for the wife and she really liked them. She really loved the Rose Gold color and the sound. She doesn't really like earbuds but these are "Beans" and she did like the feel of these in her ears.

Returned these but the sound is amazing they just looked to much like earrings. Definitely not a good color with darker male skin tones.

They work great. Easy to connect. Only problem I have is finding the spot to answer and disconnect calls. Even with practice, it is difficult to consistently hit it just right.

Bought this for my wife. It sucks that its not waterproof. She did mention that recently she had some static here and there, but overall loved the product.

They are a bit big for my ears. but the sound is good and the microphone is good.

Overall they are great.. I use them for work, and gym. I wish they were a little more comfortable in the ear, but I have sensitive ears. My wife got them for me for Christmas

I loved these earbuds but the only thing I am not too keen on was that it doesn't switch between the phone and other devices automatically.

I thought that these were excellent sounding war buds. But..... they didn't fit my ears comfortably so I returned them and got the buds+.

I had just bought the galaxy buds+ a few months back but honestly they were a bit uncomfortable for me. They fit my husband perfectly so I gave them to him and recently bought these. I absolutely love these. They are far more comfortable!!!

I love them. They are so pretty. Works well. They have fallen out of my ears a few times which can be frustrating when working out. But overall I still love them.
