Then all of a sudden they wouldn't charge anymore. Reached out to best buy. They scheduled me with a tech to fix. Then go to tech and tech says i have to reach out to samsung lol why then did you set up an appointment? Why have me come in just to tell me to reach out to samsung? I dont recommend

Connects and disconnects excellently. The sound can be a little bit tinny but not anything too noticeable unless you're a music guru.

Crazy easy to use and works with every smart device in the house! They really knocked out out of the park with these buds!!!

Pairing was easy since I had a Galaxy phone. Sounds quality is okay but the left bud kept disconnecting, which seems to be a common problem. Also, no matter how I wore them, as soon as I put my phone in my pocket, the sound turned all digital and robotic. Returned. I'll stick with my Jabra Elite 65t's.

Always wanting a wireless in ear headphones and tried it for the first time the other day. It automatically paired to my Note 10 phone and it sounds terrific, very comfortable. Love it.

But considering regular headphones don't fit in my ear and these do, it's worth the money.
