I kept having to push them in, and having to disable any touch controls because of it. The earbuds fit very loosely and would constantly pause whatever I was listening to because the sensor would stop detecting that the earbud was still in.

Then all of a sudden they wouldn't charge anymore. Reached out to best buy. They scheduled me with a tech to fix. Then go to tech and tech says i have to reach out to samsung lol why then did you set up an appointment? Why have me come in just to tell me to reach out to samsung? I dont recommend
