It sounds great but when the box fall down they open up and the buds fall on the floor.

Purchased as a gift for my wife and she absolutely loves them. I have all of the previous versions myself, so I don't need them yet...but I'm sure I'll have them soon enough.

Worked exactly as advertised. Charging wire could be a little longer. Slippery surface, which is easily dropped. Will be getting a larger holder to protect and prevent loss.

Second pair of these same situation.. i thought maybe my first pair was defective. They aren't comfortable in my ears

Was comparing to the Buds + and both performed to my satisfaction, being that I can go outside and and inside when I need to for my job literally had little to no interruptions.

They don’t seem to have duel audio lanes and get loose when being active with them.

Had to return. I have relatively small ears, and saw these were recommended by others who have the same issue. But for me, the Galaxy Buds Live were still too large. Perhaps this is why the sound quality was also poor for me. It was impossible to get them comfortably settled in my ears due to their size.

The Galaxy Buds Live did not meet my expectations. Having to worry about them falling out from the loose fit, to the uncomfortable feeling in my ears after just a short time, these buds did not live up to the hype. The open design made it impossible to block out noise in a noisy environment, and I found their noise cancelling feature practically nonexistent. Compared to the Galaxy Buds Plus , the Galaxy Buds Live just didn't measure up to the feel, fit, and noise blocking ability from having a good seal in the ear canal, that the Buds plus provided. The trendy bean shape design that just lays in your ear of the Galaxy Buds Live in my opinion was not a good one. Although the quality of product was evident, I gave it only a fair rating because of the design. I also gave it a poor rating on value since I won't be using these buds. And although they were easy to use I gave them a poor rating because they were uncomfortable for me.

Dropped it from my coffee table and one of the charing pins broke from my case and now one side does not charge.

Sound is good. Not excellent but good. Noise cancelling not on part with competitors, but ... ok(ish). Battery life is really poor. On a conference call, I can get at most 2 hrs ... 3 max. It becomes too expensive to keep a 2nd set at hand, to switch when this one dies - with no warning. Overall, is a good experience for light use. Value for money: I am not going to recommend

Absolutely love it. Giving it a 4 star rating because it hurts my ear sometimes but that's probably a personal matter.

Purchased them for a gift. Person who I bought them for really likes them.

I like the but the pro arr way better , they feel like they may fall iut even if they are secure

I purchased these earphones for my wife, for her birthday. She loves them. She said they sound amazing and she loves the color of them.

I purchased these for my daughter. She said they work well, but needed a protective case as the magnet wasn’t as strong as she’d like. The case doesn’t stay shut sometimes.

Had galaxy buds before, but chose this model for listening to audio books and podcasts. If you want galaxy buds for music, buy the pro or buds2 version

The fit is ok not great. But pairs and works perfectly with my Samsung phone.

The sound is better than the galaxy buds+ but they are not as comfortable as galaxy buds+

I am a fan of the excellence of Samsung products. The Samsung -Galaxy True Live Wireless Earbud Headphones are amazing and I am extremely happy with my purchase.

I am obsessed with the beans and I will never get any other headphones. None can compare to the sheer amazingness of these headphones
