So I'm not sure what to do with them if I can't return them and they don't reliably work. Fit nicely in my ear, didn't feel 100% secure but didn't have them fall out

Poor battery, poor ANC, poor fitment.

Very disappointed with it. Battery life is horribly with ANC on, less than 2 hours it died. Also ANC was pretty much non-existent since it doesn't go into the ear canal like other buds.

My only complaint is the little charging prongs inside the case to charge the headphones are very fragile. Had to exchange them for a new pair because they were coming loose causing issues to charge.

I like to have headphones in while I work, but having them in for a long time bothered my ears. I tried changing the wingtips but ended up making it worse. I know people that love these but in my opinion they are not for me.
