You are not able to tap them and talk to Bixby like you can with Siri and Apple and initiate the call and hang up. You have to touch the earbud and it is difficult to find the right area to touch, They are not user-friendly, The black rubber tips are difficult to put on and take off and you can't leave them on as the buds won't fit in the charging case and the instructions say to remove them each time. The sound is good but that's about it.
