They should've put some rubber pn the bottom of it so it wouldn't slip out ,and maybe add a bigger tip.

They were so tiny and cute, I just knew I wiuld love them...WROOOOONG! The call volume was low and even lower for the music. The noise cancelation was a joke. I was walkin down the block and I could hear the birds chirping over the music. I could hear everything except the music. This was not just the case with the pair I purchased, my mom had the same issue. So disappointing!

Had to return them. They may work well for others, but not me.

They work great in the house even 25 feet away from the phone, they work great in the car, but not so much when im out walking (which is what i got them for) For some reason there is a terribly annoying stuttering type of feedback/interference only when out walking with the phone (s20+) in my pocket. Already exchanged them once, will be returning. Probably done with Samsung products after this.
