Very disappointed with connectability

Its either the left bud will connect while right bud will not, i am very disappointed with this product and i can't even return the item, i am very disappointed with bestbuys service of this product.

In addition, I am having many experiences in hearing loss, from both directions, during phone talk use, with the right ear bud.

I even tried going through my blue tooth app but it still didn't recognize the device. I don't know if Apple wants to make it impossible to use any devices other than Apple products but I ended up taking them back since it wouldn't sync to my mobile phone. I was a bit disappointed in the directions (or lack thereof) but I did go back and get the Apple Ear Buds so I could use my phone hands free.
