Didn't fit my ear shape. They move around when I work out. Can hear everything going on around me - not what I wanted.

I was really hoping that these would work but they did not stay in my ears and kept popping out, had to return.

Sound quality is very low. Continue to battle max sound with multiple devices.

Good fit for my ears. But the problem is that the noise cancellation is non existent.

Worked good in beggining but too many connection issues.

They are very small and easily lost and if you wear long they hurts

The ear buds were too big. They never stay in my ear. If i lean over or walk they come out.

Very good looking.build quality looks good but does not have the best sound quality and slips out of ear easily.

Right ear kept going out, returned these for Airpods.

Just don't!! 2nd pair in less than a year to quit working. Used daily for normal phone and pandora use while working. Absolute garbage. When they work, they are good but for the money they should last longer than 8 months

I was skeptical of this product that it wouldn't fit well in my ears, but I was wrong. It fits my ears perfectly and feels so light and comfortable. Pros: 1. Great Sound Quality: The sound quality is amazing! These small earbuds are as good as the Bose QC II headphones. The music sounds so good on these earbuds that I have to stop myself unconsciously humming to the songs at work. 2. Very light and Comfy: These ear buds don't have silicon part that you put into your ear hole so they don't cause tired, itchy ears. They feel super light. 3. Perfect for sleep: I've been searching for headphones that I can wear comfortably while lying down on the bed. I've tried my boyfriend's Airpods but they fall out while sleeping and isn't very comfortable. On the other had, these are very comfortable to while lying down on the side. Will not fall out while sleeping. 4. Great Connectivity: Works flawlessly with my gaming desktop, Galaxy S10+ and Galaxy tab S6. 4. Barely noticeable: These ear buds don't stick out much and has no stems hanging out so no one can really tell you have anything on unless they are looking straight at the ears or looking from the side. The Bronze color also matches my skin tone, making it look more unnoticeable. 5. Gorgeous color: The Bronze color is like light bronze and it reflects lights so it shines under the sun. Very gorgeous and will look good with anyone. 6. No stems: Will not be knocked out of ears when changing clothes, wearing hats, doing hairs. Will be less noticeable because it has no stems. Cons: 1. Noise Cancellation: It's not as good as Bose Headphones, but works for me since I don't need NC that much. 2. Touch sensitivity: Since the buds is pretty small and when I try to adjust the position, the touch makes the music to stop. For this, I might be able to get used to it, or there is an option to turn off the touch function in the settings. So far I love this newest Galaxy Buds Live! So cute and great sound!

Absolutely horrible for phone calls. Ended up going back to a Plantronics. The fit was fine but really left me feeling issolated ecen with active noise enabled. Would imagine they wiuld be fine for music but not for everything else. Batteries did not last long either.

Noise canceling system didn’t work.When I made calls the person on the other end ear would hurt.

didn't really like how they felt on me and the the noise cancelation isn't that great

Just ok ,nothing special ,hard to stay in ear. I prefer the bose.

for me it's not loud enough and it hurt my ear very uncomfortable
