I normally use 1 bud and the sound is fair for the caller and myself. The buds do tends to slide out of my ear and it is not comfortable to wear for long periods of time. I tried both pairs of wings that were included with purchase and they are not comfortable at all my ears become very sore and tender.

These are terrible, made worse by Samsung's terrible customer service. Not only are these terrible headphones, sound is poor compared to other headphones I've used, completely unresponsive and basically have to use your phone if you want to change anything, but then the charging case broke within 2 months. When I tried to submit a warranty claim I had even more issues. For some reason the warranty expired less than 3 months after my purchase, and then Samsung wanted to charge me essentially the price I paid to replace the charging case....instead of covering a crap product they produced. Don't buy these. And I won't be buying Samsung again.

Terrible Fit

We both felt like they would fall out easily and also had no seal to serve as noise isolation, so the noise cancelling function seemed pointless and ineffective. Returned them and purchased another Samsung ear bud that is much better.
