Got it replaced the new one is slightly better but still keeps on getting signals dropped.

But sound quality is terrible cannot hear on a phone call. I thought samsung buds where supposed to be a top tier product. Should have stuck with the jlabs much better phone and media quality. Will never buy another Samsung bud again.

They aren't loud enough and they hurt my ears while wearing them. Then when I tried to return them best buy has a stupid policy that you have to return something within 15 days or you can't return it. So not only do I hate the buds but I hate bestbuy as well

They do not last more than 5 minutes in the sauna (my bose wireless headphones last up to 30 minutes). Although it is easy to connect to any Samsung device, it does not hold its charge as long as it should (I have to recharge every two days even though I only use them for 2 hours a day)!
