I buy the pro version first was not happy with fit but then i try Buds Live and very happy with it so far, lot more comfortable then pro and love the battery life. sound is clear and good for music. its is very lite which is good and bad, Bad cuz if it drop out you won't realize it so you have to check regularly. I would defiantly recommend it.

After owning the Galaxy earbud line, I got to say I am disappointed. Besides the nice design and acceptable sound, these fail in reliability. Noise Cancellation is useless and connecting these to my PC causes the latency to be unusable. My $40 wireless earbuds offer better connection with equal sound.

Today's Best Buy experience was like every other Best Buy experience I've had. The Best! I've been purchasing my electronics only at Best Buy for several years now. Every person who helps me is just the most genuinely nice people. Always a positive attitude and helpful. If you don't purchase the warranty with everything you buy here you aren't doing yourself any favors. Their warranty and return policy are always an easy to solve problem. I can't say enough about them they all deserve raises and incentives because of your stellar employees I've spend 1000s at Best buy. They really are that awesome. I'd hire them away if I was recruiting good people. I don't know if I could woo them away though they seem so happy to work there. Today at the Tualatin store which is my favorite just because started with a helpful young lady who's name I forget now but she was working by geek squad who helped me find Vanessa another sweet and helpful young lady. She printed my receipts for the two things I needed to return. Then a nice young man found me Brittany to help me find what was looking for. Ethan and Will both helped me with the exchanges and these two were just as sweet helpful and professional and the others that took the time to help me. Everyone is always so polite. It's so nice to know they're always like this. It make me happy to refer and preach to people the Awesomeness of Best Buy and their return policy when you purchase their warranty worth every single penny. These headphones are just as good as my experience today. Easy to set up and great quality. Thank you Best Buy Peeps! I'll be back for my computer as soon as they're in stock again. Which tells me I'm not the only one who's BB loyalist.

The one I bought at Best Buy was defective. If I had both ear buds in, only one would work. It sounded like they were fighting over who was going to work. But there is always that chance of purchasing a defective electronic device. I returned it and bought another one somewhere else where it was on sale. I worked perfectly. It's is the best ear buds Ive ever used. The sound quality is top notch and does not fall out of my ear when I train at the gym.

Bought these as a Christmas gift for my husband and he loves them, He says they were easy to set up and the sound is great.

Use them every day, great sound and they don't look stupid like Airpods do.

Great sound and easy to use. They do stay in my ears pretty well and have only fallen out when I didn't have them in quite right. I do agree with the one other reviewer that they do hurt your ears if worn for an extended period of time but I really like these and will continue to use then after a short break. Works well with my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 and Samsung tablet.

Ive used a lot of earphones and these are definitely the best true wireless earbuds for me. Sure the noise canceling isn't great and truthfully i like to hear everything around me as i have them in, i feel safer especially when i use them at work. At first they would hurt my ears but after a day of using them i never had any discomfort, i could even fall asleep with them in. If noise canceling is your thing i would not recommend

Great product. Doesn't hurt your ears. I have beats by doctor Dre. I actually prefer my samsung ear bud's.

This little guy is compact and portable. From my ears to my pocket ,as the saying goes ' it fits like a glove' literally! The good: When speaking to friends and family the sound quality is pretty crisp. I can hear them very well. The bad: Connecting this to my non Samsung android phone was a pain. Took me awhile to connect through bluetooth. The active noise cancellation works, but not very well. You and the person on the other line can hear background noises in surrounding area. Overall: for the price and quality , its not a bad earbud. The noise cancellation and setting it up could be better, but I'm OK with it. I will continue to use and hope a software update can improve on some of those issues.

Love these Samsung "beans". They fit my ears much better then other ear buds that I have tried. I also love that I can hear what's going on around me and I don't feel like my head is stuck in a box. Other earbuds and noise canceling headphones are just very uncomfortable for me. They also sound great during phone calls and the person on the other line can hear me just fine. I'm so glad I purchased these.

I love my earbuds. i used them whenever I'm out and want to tone people out.
