I wanted to love these. As a musician I am incredibly picky on the audio quality. The sound quality was fine, but not as warm or deep as any of my Bose earbuds. Only good for listening casually, but not for those who are looking for a high quality musical experience. I also found a slight sound delay between the two buds which drove me crazy. But, my real problem was with the mic. I bought these with the real purpose of having something slim and comfortable to wear during hours of Zoom calls. I could hear others fine, but when I talked, my listeners said I sounded far away, quiet, and like I was talking to my phone on speaker phone. This was the same comment whether using Zoom, and audio call, or various other methods. I fiddled around with different settings but was not able to find a setting which felt good to me to feel comfortable relying on the mic to provide a great sounding voice response during meetings. Therefore, since the main purpose I bought these was to have a better quality video chat experience, I did return these.

I own the + and thought I'd give these a shot as I was told they stay in your ear better. Well. Nope. Unless you have a specific anatomy of your external ear canal, these are horrible. When I walk, I'm afraid of them popping out. I wouldn't dare wear them walking outside as I would be afraid of losing them. Not only that, but when walking away from my phone, they tend to drop/disconnect easier at a shorter distant than the +. As for the sound quality, I did not see a difference in the sound. Both are excellent in that respect. The price is obviously not worth the hype for my ears. These are going back.

I love the feel of these as my ears are too small for the round buds. Great sound (a little better bass would be fun) and easy to use to answer phone calls or skip songs. I just wish they were waterproof.

Let me start off by saying love theses ear buds. I won't call them the best, because I've tried all the other ones. But if you have small ear holes like me. Then I would recommend these because they sit outside your ear holes and they fit comfortably

Purchased for myself as a Christmas gift. Give product four stars because the design is chunky like a bean. My ear canals are not large, so have to push far in earlobes; which makes sore if in to long. Overall stays in my ear; great sound, noise canceling and clor.

Great earbuds that don't need to be inserted into the ear canal. These are my first Bluetooth earbuds and I'm loving it. They sit outside the ear canal, and don't fall out when walking or running. Also, for safety, I can still hear outside activity.

very nice and comfortable work just fine the only thing it don't have the distance that the buds plus have, its worth having just keep the phone in your pocket don't walk off, will lose signal. I do like it enough to buy another.
