I bought these two days ago. The first bit I used them I enjoyed them a lot. The sound quality was nice and the mic quality was really good for a pair of ear buds. However, that changed a bit while using. One issue I had was the sound quality was very poor when I first put them in. I could pull them out and place them back in my ears and it seemed to correct the issue. Then the sound quality began changing randomly while using them. I tried pulling them out and putting them back in, but that did not correct the issue. I also wish you could connect to more than one device at a time. I wanted to use them with my phone and PC. Connecting to either was fast and easy. But if I had the bluetooth turned on my phone they would automatically connect to them. You can hold on both buds for about three seconds and put them into pairing mode and switch them over to PC, but that becomes a pain. I still give them three stars because I think I may have just got a pair that had issues with the sound problems. The fact they only pair with one device is something I knew going in, but hoped it would be easier to switch between them I guess. The sound quality is nice and the mic as I said is very good for ear buds. Overall, I can see why many give it 4 to 5 stars. But I will be returning mine.

These are great. They fit comfortably and the sound is amazing. They will make your inner ear sore for the first week. After that, no complaints.

I love these. The best ive ever owned. You can leave only one ear plug in and it works great by itself. It has good noise cancelation. Great quality sound.

Surprisingly great ear buds with nice bass and treble levels. Not good for sealing sound away since its open ear buds style but overall solid ear buds.

The sound is great they are light weight the only problem i had to keep adjusting them in my ear.

These are great for everyday wear and going to the gym. I love that these never fall out while I'm working out and they are super comfortable.

I had other generations of Samsung ear buds, they finally got everything right with these. Premium sound without having a plug in your ear. Great product.

Was looking for good headphones, this are the best ones so far

I was somewhat disappointed with these, even with my somewhat relaxed expectations regarding sound. ANC was not why I bought them. I was looking for something to wear that would provide background music, not interfere with my glasses, and be comfortable to wear. I had read many reviews on these buds, and I knew not to expect audiophile grade music from them. However, I was still disappointed with the hollow, muddy sound that I was getting from them. I tried the various EQ settings in the app. The "clear" setting worked the best, and I even worked different EQ settings in Poweramp. Still, not with satisfactory results. I was willing to continue working on getting decent sound out of them, but my final decision to return them was based upon the fact that they hurt my ears. I wouldn't say I have small ears, but these things pressed on a couple points enough to become an annoyance after 30 minutes. I tried them in three different sessions over three days, hoping I would just get used to them. Just didn't happen. One other niggle: the touch control is somewhat finicky, as others have pointed out. Great idea Samsung, but they need to be streamlined and fine tuned. They may work well for others, but they just didn't work for me.

I Got These Samung Buds For My Son And He Likes Them A Lot And Makes HIs Life Easy. The Sound Quality On The Buds IS Good For Phone Calls and Music

These are really good in my opinion and live up to the hype around them although the new buds pro are coming out so I'm debating if I should switch.

I love my live a lot , fits perfectly and I like shape of them. I workout with them all the time for hours.
