So painful

Customer service guy at returns said I'm not the first to return because of this issue

One ear does get sore after awhile but thats to be expected. I use them to talk on the phone more then music, which works great but you cant forget to take your phone with your or reception will break up. They are loud enough that I can listen while mowing but not completely noise canceling either

This doesn't fit in mine and it's easy to fall out. Kidney bean looking earbuds. It hooked in one of my ears but then on the other ear it didn't seem to stay on. So my ears still best using the one with earbdud tips.
