Connection issues constantly. First Samsung earbuds I owned and very disappointed. I tried all the troubleshooting and tips on how to resolve. Download all the most recent updates, reset buds, turn on off bluetooth, unpair/ pair, uninstall apps then rei stall... nothing works. I have an Android phone (Moto Power G) with Android 10.0 and downloaded the proper apps again and again and followed through with the set-up again and again. Sat in my house listening to them all is wonderful clear crisp sounds, comfortable fit, life is good. I decided to leave the house and go for a walk with my fancy brand new earbuds. I placed my phone in my pocket and began my journey. My journey lasted about 7 feet from my house. The connection started breaking up, distorting. To my shock and confusion I took the phone out of my loosely fitted pocket with thin cloth and the connection worked better, but minor chop. I was confused, disappointed, frustrated and lost. I went back into my house and I got clear reception in and out of my pocket. I go outside of my home buds works good (not great), but as soon as I place back into my pocket connection weakens or cuts out. I checked,double checked, triple check my phone's settings and nothing out of the ordinary. Check my with all my other bluetooth devices, they all work flawlessly. Used an older Android phone and Samsung Galaxy Buds Live still had the same problem. I called Samsung support and they couldn't begin to help with any further troubleshooting and just said send by mail to their service location so they could look at it. That'll take weeks and with no guarantee it'll be resolved (reading other reports of same complaints and nothing changed even with replacement buds). I'll just return to the store which is 20 minutes away and exchange for another brand of earbuds... Not Samsung brand and finish my walk. Very disappointed.

Bought for wife because the galaxy buds would fall out her ears while working. Turns out so do these. Good sound though if your not active.

I lost one had to purchase again in February earbud is cool fits perfectly charging is great.

These buds take sometime getting use to. At first the fit causes ear fatigue but if you learn how to properly wear them or gets better. Still can hear with noise cancelation. The double tap touch controls work 85% of the time. Call quality is top notch

I am pleased with the sound quality of these earbuds, BUT they sometimes loose connection and the music skips. This doesn't happen all the time, but while walking my dog i have the drop out more often than I like.

I think for audio quality and features the newer buds pro and maybe even the buds 2 will win out but for comfort and fit there basically the best and still come with high end features over all an excellent pair of headphones there amazing. Especially if you own other samsung products like phones or tablets

The headset it actually pretty nice, the only issue i have is that one of the speakers is a little quieter than the other but for the msot part they are actually decent for the value i purchased them at.

Really solid for consistent physical activity/gym.

Very comfortable and sound is great. I do not notice much difference with noise canceling turned on, but not sure how effective it can be without your ear totally covered. I use them for work conference calls and listening to music. Highly recommend them

Good headphones, super long battery life, the case battery life is also decently long off one full charge. The headphones themselves are super loud and theyre comfortable for longer listening sessions. Definitely a worthwhile purchase. No cap, straight heat.

Coming from iphone very equivalent to airpods for galaxy.

Like the color,it’s unique and very cute. Haven’t tryouts though

Love these ear buds.. fit nicely into my Samsung ecosystem..I like that I can wear one at a time as sometime I need one ear free to listen to my surroundings..battery life seems decent, charging easy just throw them in the case..very comfortable in my ear..no issues with them falling out..

Love the idea it doesn't go inside tour ear. Sounds is amazing.

I've always been a fan of wired headphones because of the sound quality but these things are amazing the sound quality is great the battery lasts 5 hours nonstop for me And people can actually hear you on calls I love this thing and we'll buy another one in a heartbeat
