Really comfortable to use and best gift to hand out

Received these as a gift and love them. They are perfect size and fit in the ear amazingly well. The sound quality so far is excellent and still getting used to the functions but they seem to be east to use. 5 star so far.

They work very well and have a great sound to them

I have a hard time finding buds that fit because most are too large and uncomfortable. These fit comfortably in the ear, as they rest outside of the canal. It could stand to have a little more volume.

Look great, great sound and they are easy to setup.

i love this buds live. I have been using this buds live for many days. love their products. It auto connects with my note 20 ultra like Airpods. Battery lasts very long too. i can get about 4-5times at full charge for case. It has noise cancellation too. the best yet for me. I love it

I don't have anything good to say about these ear buds. They are high priced and low quality. Low quality in sound, and software. Connectivity isn't any better than buds half the cost. The software is garbage; if it's trying to cancel noise it will also be in 360°sound mode, even if 360° sound is turned off. They are also very, very quiet, which makes the noise cancelation weak at best. Not happy with this product

If you’re used to the usual in ear fitting headphones these are a little weird at first. My biggest gripes have been- 1)the ambient sound setting is weird- different than the buds+, 2) the way they fit in my ears. The smallest fitting is a touch too small and the larger one is too big (it’ll hurt your ears after a little while) 3) they tend to randomly stop communicating with my phone for some reason 4) the case scratched up SUPER easily. Which is just aesthetically annoying, but not an actual functional problem. But overall the sound is surprisingly great and the noise canceling is solid. Even though they don’t fit perfectly I’ve still managed to make it work.

Normally these buds are great but this set has an issue with getting the volume loud enough. I traded them in and purchased a new set from Samsung and all was well.

I'm going to try to keep this short by just focusing on main features. Mic: Good. I asked my ldr bf and he said the quality was great. Noise cancelation: This was okay. I felt some pressure when it was on and since I wasn't using these in a place like a train or a plane I didn't usually feel the need to have it on, but it was very simple to turn off and on via the app. App: Changing the touch settings on the app was very easy. The app in general was very easy to work with, but I have a Samsung phone so maybe that helped? Touch sensitivity: this could be improved a bit. I felt like other reviewers. When I intentionally touched it the sensor often didn't recognize it, but when I was trying to just adjust the buds the sensor would recognize it. Connectivity distance: It was okay, but I didn't have as much as they advertise. Though this has always been the case in an area of my house that is an extension so has exterior walls inside. It tends to disrupt signals. Sound quality: LOVE IT!!! Look...these sites outside of your ear canal so you do hear what's going on around you, but I like that for the most part. The best part is that without the bud being in the ear canal the sound doesn't come across as you are in a small area. The sound feels like you are immersed in it. Some people described it as in your head. I wouldn't go that far, but I didnt feel pressure from the sound and the openess of it was amazing. Best earbuds sound experience I've had. The FIT: This is the usual problem isn't it? I did read up that there are sleeves to extend for longer ears. My outer ear hole seems to be more a c shape than the elongated shape the beans require to be worn without pain. I would put these in and instantly be in so much pain I had to ice my ears after wearing. The longest I could stand was maybe an hour and then touching my ear at all after hurt really badly. I never thought of myself as having small ears and I really don't, but the overall ear size is not the concern. The smaller inner cartilage that makes a c or elongated C shape is the relevant area of your ear here. If you have a smaller inner cartilage section these may not fit your ear. If you look in the mirror and it looks like a lower case c they may not fit right. I don't know how to suggest trying them in a sanitary way, but just be very aware of the fit issue. There is definitely a trick to getting them in right (they don't stick in your ear canal at all), but even that doesn't help if your ears are just too small. I really wanted to love these and loved everything but the fit. So disappointed I couldn't use them due to massive ear pain. I took them back soon enough and BB did allow a return. I "upgraded" to the Sony ear buds x03 something which fitz but function terribly. If these fit your ears go for it!!! If your ears are too small maybe try the buds+?

Good quality but problems fitting to my ears. Just would not stay in place.

I was honestly disappointed with the quality of these buds, ESPECIALLY for the price. The phone call audio is fine and the people I spoke too could not tell that I was wearing them. The noise canceling feature leaves a lot to be desired. I was in the airport and could still hear the noises around me even though I had them at full blast. On that note, the audio levels also feel very low. I constantly felt like it was at half. A few things I do like: the color is fantastic in hand and they seem to blend into my skin tone when I am wearing them. They also feel comfortable when earing.

These are super easy to set up and use. They have great sound quality. I was concerned about them falling out or feeling like they would fall out, but they fit well and are comfortable and I've never felt like they would fall out.

Best fit when compared to the buds 2 plus and the pros. The sound quality is slightly better in the other two, but these fit VERY comfortable in my ears. I value comfort over sound. The other two buds constantly fell out of my ears so I returned them.

Best headphones ever. I bought two more pair just so i can have one at work, at home and in the gym bag! Can slip out the ear sometimes.

I really like these. I hate the look of the Apple buds with white things hanging out of peoples ears. I love this style with Samsung. They are not obvious which means I can wear them, play my music, and no one knows that I am in my own world lol The sound is good. It's not to the point that you can't hear things around you but you still get good quality sound. The only down side for me is my right bud does not fit my ear well. Sometimes it will fall out unexpectant. I'm not sure if I have defective ears but I'm willing to live with it. I also like the ease of use. I can change songs with a touch to the buds. Makes easy so I don't have to fish out my phone to make a change. Overall I'm happy with my purchase. The pros are great design and sound, con is fit.

Great purchase. Love these ear buds. Walk lots & got tired of the hanging wires. Easy to set up & connect with phone. They hold a charge a long time. They are comfortable in my ears. Got the copper color to match my hair.

Glad I went with the live instead of the more expensive Pro. The fit is better and they stay in your ears very well even when you are active. Sounds great too, but that has been my complaint with other buds is they either don't stay or they are uncomfortable.

I like these. They stay in my ears well, and the sound quality is very good. I think the only thing i'm not a fan of is when you try to mute them to have a conversation, it takes a longer than hoped to mute.
