I love the sound quality and I workout in them. For me it doesn't fall out,so I'm not complaining but everyone else ears are different.

I've had this item for less than 2 months, never dropped it or caused any high impact contact to occur but yet it keeps dropping my calls, severe static on my calls. The Samsung rep assisted me the first time I called complaining about it and had me reset it. Less than 1 week after the reset, it started doing the same thing but much worse. Now, I can't be heard by the person on the receiving end when speaking regularly or very loud. Samsung has always been my go-to for tech products, this is the first item I got from that that I was really looking forward to owning due to the look and design. Highly disappointed. Had to send back to Samsung because it was still under manufacture warranty. Thank god as I did opt not to purchase extra warranty from Best Buy at time of purchase. I will think twice next time I buy an electronic device.

Good quality sound Comfortable to wear Not the best battery life, but they are my firsts so I don't know if there's better out there.

Fits the ears perfectly. Several options to tweak. Sound. Great for phone calls as well. Noise canceling feature nice bonus. Highly recommend.

They are great head phones if you don’t care about a break in period for your ears to adjust to the shape of the earbud discomfort then again earbud I tried hurt my ear until I got used to it. Overall sounds from speakers are ok music can be more crispy & dynamic & they seem to work well with my iPhone 11 Pro Max pairing & all where they deserve 5 stars is call quality microphone & speaker on a call is the best!

Love the sound quality, and fit, no pain or discomfort at all, and not bulky either. Easily connected to my phone with out any issues.

They're definitely loud. They're definitely good sound quality (which, honestly surprised me). They're super easy to clean, and super cute. They're actually great at blocking out the outside world. My only complaint is that after a while, they start to hurt my ears after about an hour or two of listening to music through them. I have really small ear canals, so it's hard for me to find earbuds that don't hurt my ears.

They feel very good in your ear. Better than I expected them to be. The sound is also awesome.

I purchased these earbuds because they dont dig in your ear like all the others and it totally succeeds. The sound quality is great. I did take a star away because the noise canceling isn't great which isnt a surprise given my pro from a little earlier. Overall i love these and would recommend to anyone.
