I've had this item for less than 2 months, never dropped it or caused any high impact contact to occur but yet it keeps dropping my calls, severe static on my calls. The Samsung rep assisted me the first time I called complaining about it and had me reset it. Less than 1 week after the reset, it started doing the same thing but much worse. Now, I can't be heard by the person on the receiving end when speaking regularly or very loud. Samsung has always been my go-to for tech products, this is the first item I got from that that I was really looking forward to owning due to the look and design. Highly disappointed. Had to send back to Samsung because it was still under manufacture warranty. Thank god as I did opt not to purchase extra warranty from Best Buy at time of purchase. I will think twice next time I buy an electronic device.

Amazing, they sound incredible, doesn’t hurt tour ear after long periods of time and for the price i think they’re amazing.

Wow, my wife really loves these. I had to get her a pair after I got mine, they very comfortable and I love the sound quality.

These ear bugs hage a five star sound quality and battery life, however the design of these are horrible. These do not stay in my ear and even walking if I walk yoo hard they pop out, I don't see how anyone could run in these.

I do love these earbuds, they were exactly what i expected, and needed. Sound quality is good, they were easy to set up and start using. The app works well as well. The only issue i have is the "find my earbuds" app works well, but only if the case is open....it would be nice if the app could find the box as well" even if not open. Not a show stopper, but would be a nice feature to add.

Went from the Sony WF-1000XM3 earbuds to these since they, like many earbuds in my ears, always found a way to eventually fall out. I know plenty of people out there have unique ear fittings, and have trouble finding something that stays put, even when trying several different earplugs and brands. Well I can say as one of those people, the "kidney bean" design of these work excellent to completely negate that issue. The way they slide over the spacing around your ear canal is super flush & secure. Beyond that, I definitely noticed a step down on the noise cancellation function compared to the Sony XM3s, but that's to be expected given the reduced size and price. Overall I greatly prefer the size, fit, and the touch control function on the Galaxy Buds. Great color options too. I use these on a Pixel phone, and had to install the Galaxy Wearables app and the Buds Live extension data to make use of the extra EQ and customization features. The app is serviceable enough, no complaints. If you're worried you'll be missing out if you have an Android phone that isn't a Samsung device, I don't believe that would be the case. My favorite handy feature these have with the Wearables app is the ability to have your earbuds play a loud tone for when you can't locate them. They're smaller than a lot of other earbuds on the market, which are already easy to lose, so that's much appreciated.

Nice fit. Great battery life. Quality product. A little expensive. Have a pair I use and bought these as a gift.
