Both options are equally uncomfortable, whether you're out jogging or just listening to music. Thankfully, you'll never have those problems with your Samsung earbuds. If they don't fit right, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. Your Galaxy Buds Live come with small and large wingtips that you can swap out for a more secure fit. You could even use different sizes for each ear. If your Galaxy Buds Live do not fit comfortably, you can order a pair of Buds Sleeves. I normally have issues with wearing ear buds. after some time they would tend to bother my ears. So far well wearing the Galaxy buds for a extended period of time there has not really been any issues or pain, as of right now. As of today longest period of time I had them in was for 3 hours.

Are used them all day at work. Put the bluetooth frequency is not that strong. For example if I graph of object Seems that I will lose some Bluetooth frequency not completely but enough to hear the difference.

In theory it is a good idea, if you are are in an environment the requires you to be alert. But you will never get the volume up enough to really hear much, so listening to podcast is not an option. These buds cut out and go out of sync a lot, especially while working out. It has a find my earbud feature if you lose one, but if it can not be paired it will not find it, I currently have just the left ear bud. Not worth the price

The sound is great and in the app you can change the sound. Be careful if you only wear one ear bud in because I lost one and couldn't find it. I dont think the warranty covers if lost. If I had to buy again I would and recommend for purchase.
