Love the Samsung earbuds unfortunately I purchased for my girlfriend but her ears too small for it so if you have some more ears it's not going to fit but I had tried it out before I took it back sound quality is perfect call quality is perfect just wish they probably would have made just a little bit smaller for people who got small ears

This item is nice very comfortable in the ear, however the volume is very low at its max. I really want to return them have to check the date on my receipt. I should've just stuck to the BEATS brand.

I like these earbuds a lot after a couple months of use on the road. They're pretty comfortable and the audio quality is decent. The noise canceling sucks but I didn't want to use it anyways.

I purchase these for my better half and he loved them. He loved the way the fit snuggly in the ear. I have always had a problem with other earbuds not fitting comfortably but I must say with I tried his on I was very impressed. Heavily considering buying myself a pair now since I purchased them at a good deal.

I wanted to love these. As a musician I am incredibly picky on the audio quality. The sound quality was fine, but not as warm or deep as any of my Bose earbuds. Only good for listening casually, but not for those who are looking for a high quality musical experience. I also found a slight sound delay between the two buds which drove me crazy. But, my real problem was with the mic. I bought these with the real purpose of having something slim and comfortable to wear during hours of Zoom calls. I could hear others fine, but when I talked, my listeners said I sounded far away, quiet, and like I was talking to my phone on speaker phone. This was the same comment whether using Zoom, and audio call, or various other methods. I fiddled around with different settings but was not able to find a setting which felt good to me to feel comfortable relying on the mic to provide a great sounding voice response during meetings. Therefore, since the main purpose I bought these was to have a better quality video chat experience, I did return these.

If you are purchasing for noise cancelling you might look for another pair. While it cancels some noises, you will not be without plane engine roar and other noises. Most voices are minimized, so if your spouse says something to you you most likely will not hear him/her. If you turn off active noise cancelling you will definitely notice a change, but it is not like gun range ear muffs. The storage case cradles both ear buds for charging and the case holds an extra charge - very nice feature! They charge to 100% in a very short time. Connection to samsung devices is a breeze and a nice added feature is with both a phone and tablet, the buds will switch between them as though you are using on device. If watching a video and a call comes in, your video will pause on the tablet while you take the call on the phone.

I own the + and thought I'd give these a shot as I was told they stay in your ear better. Well. Nope. Unless you have a specific anatomy of your external ear canal, these are horrible. When I walk, I'm afraid of them popping out. I wouldn't dare wear them walking outside as I would be afraid of losing them. Not only that, but when walking away from my phone, they tend to drop/disconnect easier at a shorter distant than the +. As for the sound quality, I did not see a difference in the sound. Both are excellent in that respect. The price is obviously not worth the hype for my ears. These are going back.
