Easy-to-use talks to you while setting it up Great

From the case design of these headphones to the incredible sound inside my ears, these headphones are amazing. I have used them daily since buying them in store and they always look so great with all of my outfits. I would definitely recommend these to anyone for personal use or gifting idea.

Replaced still shuts down but less. This is the most comfortable buds for my ears so ill keep and hope a fix comes up.

Bought these when they came out for my Daughter, she uses both these and her JBL 750s. I cannot review their sound quality, but my little audiophile says they are excellent. Crisp highs, and they fit in her ears perfectly.

I absolutely love these earbuds! They are extremely comfortable and stay in my ears really well! They pair seamlessly with my Samsung smartphone and I am really excited about the blue color, which is unique to Best Buy. The case is solid too and seems to charge my earbuds super fast.

Enjoy these earbuds a lot. The sound is great. Noise cancellation works well. The only concern I have is how they fit in my ear. They don’t feel very secure. But I have NOT had a problem with them falling out either.

Great headphones with durability i left mine at work in below zero temps came back to work my right headphone still had 24% and automatically connected not sure if some ran it over but still works perfectly fine

Does not fit all ears perfectly. Sound quality is good. Noise cancelling is low, but it's helpful during flights. Touch controls are inconvenient.

I have the best of both worlds... iPhone and a Note 10plus and the Galaxy Buds Live work on both phones flawlessly. They don’t fall out of my ears like the AirPods Pros do. They feel fine and sound even better! I don’t use them for active noise cancellation the battery life is AMAZING TOO

I like the sound quality and everything but they're not extremely comfortable to wear for more than an hour or so. Good thing I don't need to wear them for a long time.

The Samsung Blue Earbud headphones are superb...And purchasing them on Deal of the Day made purchase a great deal! I highly recommend them. You can't go wrong especially if they come back as Deal of the Day.

Very comfortable for a certain amount of time. I use these at work and after about 2 or 3 hours they start hurting my ears. They're a bit slippery as well but asthetically pleasing and good overall.

I enjoy this item. I am not a fan of earbuds that go inside the ear because my ear canal is quite small and this product fits perfectly. The only bad thing I could say is with the volume turned up other people can also hear what you are listening to.

These buds are amazing. They are light and fit in the ear discreetly. There is a bit of getting use to, they make the inside of the ear’s kinda sensitive until a tolerance for the bud has been established.

Loved the sound but not so much the fit. When I thought I had figured it out my ears either became fatigued or the bud would move around too much. Really wanted them to work out.

Love these but the ANC isn't true ANC and I wish they would put some sort of smart tag technology in the case since I always misplaced the buds when they are in the case, not outside of the case.

bought these for my wife. She says nothing else will do but samsung. I have purchased numerous products from samsung in the past, and I have been totally satisfied with the performance, design, and cost of all. best buy rocks with their pricing ,customer service, and technical.

It took me a while to get the hang of putting the ear buds in but one there in it stays put. It connects to my phone with no problems. It just take some getting use to wearing them.

mc its not that great, signal lost here and there. also voice volume its kinda low. good for music and somewhat comfortable.

The noise cancelation isn't all that great. As a delivery driver I wanted something that would block the background noise! These do do that!
