They have been great so far. I haven't played with the noise cancelling and other features. I use them only at the gym. They fit nicely, don't fall off during running, working out, and I think they look good as well. Nothing to complain.

every call is perfect sound is good connect almost instant. apple should ask Samsung for help, since apples product is horrific, if phones and computers were flat tires apple would be stuck on the side of the road till they died!!!! Samsung the best since the beginning!!!!!!! note phones the best idea

The device works just fine. Good sound quality. However the only issue I have with it is it’s sometimes very hard to fit in the ear, and gets little uncomfortable in the beginning. However the device it’s self works perfect.

Fewer complaints from phonecalls than other ear pieces. But earbud are all plastic and slide around in ears effecting sound quality and they have a tendency to fall out when active.

I like the sound quality and everything but they're not extremely comfortable to wear for more than an hour or so. Good thing I don't need to wear them for a long time.

The left piece stopped working after a couple of weeks and BB couldn’t replace it coz of warranty. Nways contacted Samsung and they were happy to replaced them.

They sounded great, but I really had trouble keeping them in my ear. One ear was constantly in danger of flying out.

They feel a little big for my ears and start to get a little uncomfortable after wearing for a few hours but I just remove and adjust. It's not a big deal. Otherwise they work great! I love how you can use one bud at a time to increase the battery life if you don't have a chance to charge.

I was pleasantly surprised with how well these fit my ears. They don't fall out or start to hurt. There is a bit of a delay between image and sound when you're watching something, but I'm happy overall.

The battery life isn't the best so that was a slight disappointment. The sound varies from call to call and they dont fit great.

Does not fit all ears perfectly. Sound quality is good. Noise cancelling is low, but it's helpful during flights. Touch controls are inconvenient.

Loved the sound but not so much the fit. When I thought I had figured it out my ears either became fatigued or the bud would move around too much. Really wanted them to work out.

Great earbuds! The active noise cancelling isn't great but the sound quality and open design helps with hearing external sounds even when they're in my ear. Overall, they're great for day to day use but don't expect to use noise cancelling for anything more than low frequency sounds.

First time ear bud owner, and wow can't believe I've waited this long. Sound quality is great, can be snug in the ear but not uncomfortably snug, plus not sure I'm putting them in correctly. They pair up to my samsung wearable app and I can even tune them which again is more than apple offers.

Love these! They are much more comfortable than I expected and I can keep them in longer because of it. The sound is good, but I am definitely not an audio junkie so my biggest thing I was looking for was comfort and easy to pause/start/stop/connect. These checked all the right boxes.

I was looking for something that sounded good and stayed in my ear while golfing. This completed the task now maybe I have sensitive ears but all day comfort at least for me these are not. Two to three hours maybe but no more.

I enjoy this item. I am not a fan of earbuds that go inside the ear because my ear canal is quite small and this product fits perfectly. The only bad thing I could say is with the volume turned up other people can also hear what you are listening to.

Pretty good earphones. The worst part about them is that they have no cushion tips, but the fit in the ears great and stay in place. The sound is great. These come with a great app for Samsung users to tweak settings.

Very comfortable for a certain amount of time. I use these at work and after about 2 or 3 hours they start hurting my ears. They're a bit slippery as well but asthetically pleasing and good overall.

Great Ear Buds. Only problem is that it might not fit in your ears right. The touch button on them is a little confusing but when you get it, it works fine.
