Much better than expected. I love the color and the sound is good. People xan gell though im on them so thats uo to you. There are no buttons you just tap it.

Great headphones with durability i left mine at work in below zero temps came back to work my right headphone still had 24% and automatically connected not sure if some ran it over but still works perfectly fine

Bought these when they came out for my Daughter, she uses both these and her JBL 750s. I cannot review their sound quality, but my little audiophile says they are excellent. Crisp highs, and they fit in her ears perfectly.

I absolutely love these earbuds! They are extremely comfortable and stay in my ears really well! They pair seamlessly with my Samsung smartphone and I am really excited about the blue color, which is unique to Best Buy. The case is solid too and seems to charge my earbuds super fast.

Love these but the ANC isn't true ANC and I wish they would put some sort of smart tag technology in the case since I always misplaced the buds when they are in the case, not outside of the case.

From the case design of these headphones to the incredible sound inside my ears, these headphones are amazing. I have used them daily since buying them in store and they always look so great with all of my outfits. I would definitely recommend these to anyone for personal use or gifting idea.

Enjoy these earbuds a lot. The sound is great. Noise cancellation works well. The only concern I have is how they fit in my ear. They don’t feel very secure. But I have NOT had a problem with them falling out either.

It took me a while to get the hang of putting the ear buds in but one there in it stays put. It connects to my phone with no problems. It just take some getting use to wearing them.

I have the best of both worlds... iPhone and a Note 10plus and the Galaxy Buds Live work on both phones flawlessly. They don’t fall out of my ears like the AirPods Pros do. They feel fine and sound even better! I don’t use them for active noise cancellation the battery life is AMAZING TOO

On average these are ok. I had to return them and get the Pros. Sound quality ok just a little lacking for me.

Love my 'beans' but after a while they do start hurting but I blame my ear shape. Sound is good and great battery life, happy with my purchase! Plus the color is so pretty

For more normal scenarios say working from home or out on a walk they work quite well. But for my use case and ears they just dont work / hold up. I work on cars for a living and when wearing silicone gloves and or with dirty hands the ear buds constantly mix up double and triple tap which gets really frustrating after a while. Sometimes even with clean hands it mixes up touch inputs. (Never had this problem with my buds plus or buds pro) Next up these for me lasted less then a month battery life is already noticeably degrated. When new I was wearing them for over 5 hours at a time switching between one or the other but bummed they cant make it past 2hours anymore. In terms of durability the left earbud fell out of my ear (I am 5,9) and after hitting the ground its dead. Its non responsive and just gets really hot when I attempt to charge it. Last but not least the fit, I was curious to try these because of the shape. But for my ears they dont stay planted which cause quite audio and distortion when trying to use anc. They dont really fall out but regularly having to push them back in was about to have me trade them till the left ear bud fell out and died so no trade in for me. So in short for casual use nothing aggressive I can see the apeal and for the price especially with regular sales are a good set to have if you have the right ears.

The ear buds are great quality and have much better sound then others ive tried. If you have snall ears they moght be a bit hard to fit but other wise they are great.

Wl i read alot reviews and i say let mr try intant i buy it i try it on fot great on my ears inside i have big one hears i dont feel lose space on this ones and thats was good i feels like it goin to lose on my hands the sound was something i good but i wish more loudspeaker when i use to talk my girl say the sound is like i am in a tunel. And there is when i say return this same day i buy it. Sorry samsung reall story thanks bestbuy

Decent sound but these will not stay snug in my ear. I was hoping they would but these types of ear buds just dont work for the shape of my ear.

bought these for my wife. She says nothing else will do but samsung. I have purchased numerous products from samsung in the past, and I have been totally satisfied with the performance, design, and cost of all. best buy rocks with their pricing ,customer service, and technical.

They sit on my ear nicely and the quality of the sounds is good. Like that you can change the eq of the buds with the galaxy wearable app. Overall happy with the product! And was able to get them for a great price

Enjoys the headphones. Their fun and dont hurt my ears. Most headphones hurt my ears after an extended period of wearing them. I was able to sleep with them on. The noise canceling is awsome.

These are awesome. 1 tap. Both actuall work very well. Loud. I dont know about the noise canceling. I love the color. I do wish the case was bigger. It's so small I'm afraid. I'd lose it. It's really easy to connect. It takes some getting use 2. Until then can hurt your ear

mc its not that great, signal lost here and there. also voice volume its kinda low. good for music and somewhat comfortable.
