The sound quality is excellent, but I felt uncomfortable wearing them for longer durations as my main objective was to use them for work related conference calls

I really enjoy how seamless these work with my Note 10+. Excellent sound quality. Don't expect full noise cancelling with these though. Can still hear some things but not a deal breaker for me.

I tried using the apple air buds and they were hurting my ears so I bought this Samsung product it was the best decision I have ever made they fit really comfortable in my ears and they have so many more features then the apple products.

At first I was skeptical with the size and how they fit in my ear. After the first couple uses I really got use to putting them in and answering my calls. Very clear sound.

Wonderful earbuds, sound quality is great; however can get uncomfortable with prolonged use. I wear them a majority of an 8 hour work day and it took a while to finally get used to them.

They leak alot but they are an upgrade compared to the samsung buds +, design is beautiful, barely noticeable and great for work! I'm a cashier and I no longer have to remove my headphones when a customer needs assistance! Thinking about buying a 2nd pair!

Know what you’re getting. This is perfect for me as my AirPods just died and I needed an affordable replacement. I don’t like earbuds that make your ears feel plugged so these do the job. Sound quality is good. Case is super small. It’s great.

Love these ear buds, I have the apple AirPods Pro’s too and to be honest, the bass on those are subpar. These on the other hand sound so much better and they work perfectly with my iPhone too.

I love these things, they work great and sound great. A con is they can't really be fitted in any way, so one fits better in my ear than the other. Other than that they are really cool

I like how they look because they don’t stick out. They feel like they’re going to fall out, so I’m constantly checking that they’re in. But they are light weight and have good sound quality.

They look great, battery life is great, but they fall out too easily and the sound can be low if only in one ear.

Sound was great, controls work well. The right one fit my ear perfectly, but my left ear was just a little too small for it fit comfortably. I returned them, but they would be great for someone with a bigger ear.

I love them. They look so stylish and the sound quality is incredible! They are so confortable, this is the second pair I bought, the first one was color bronze and I gift them, they were so beautiful and awesome, I had to get one pair for myself.

They're not perfect, but they stay in my ears well, and despite not having the best sound profile, they're easy to travel with, exercise with, and then put away to charge until the next use.

They are ok. the best part is the fit. They fit pretty well, without falling fall out. The sound is average, not bad but at higher volumes you can hear crackling. The volume also doesn't get very loud, not quiet but at max volume it is not extremely loud. it is loud enough for most cases though. My biggest issues with these by far is the microphone is horrible. Every time I am on a call I get complaints. I end up taking them out so people hear me better. If your only goal is to listen to music, they aren't bad. But if you even think about using these for phone calls, look elsewhere. The reason I am giving these 1 star is for $170, they have issues in almost every area. The best part is the fit of these headphones. The audio quality is average. The microphone is just horrible. I would say get these if you just need a pair of headphones that are comfortable and don't care too much about audio quality or using the mic.

It took me a bit to figure out how to put them into my ears but, when I got it, they were awesome. Great sound, love the quick tap thing, the color is between a bronze and rose gold, very pretty. Easy to carry, lightweight and sound is clear.

This was a gift for my sister. She seemed like she liked them and says great sound comes out of it. It does start to hurt and feel uncomfortable when wearing for long period of time.

I held out for a long time, this is my first pair of wireless headphones, I think they are great, they sit right in my ear and will not fall out. People ask me what they are all the time.

Not as good or comfortable as Sony's WF-C500 earbuds and costs more. Also, Samsung wants too much private information in order to use their Buds apps...
