There is no way to adjust them to make them fit you have small ears. They tend to fall out of your ears very easily. They are also very sensitive to the touch rather it be your hand,hair, or some other object.

I had a hard time finding the right fit for my ears, even with the changeable silicone tips, and they weren't real loud. Wish there was more control on the bud. Stopping my workout to change settings in app is annoying. I ended up returning for the Pros.
