I purchased these to replace my wifes old headphones. The sound quality is great but the buds sit in the ear and do not seal in the ear cannal. Because the buds don't seal, the noise canceling isn't as effective as my Sony WF-1000XM3. They also do not protrude from the ears like the Sony buds.

Excellent Earbud. Noise cancellation doesn't work as well as one would hope, but sound is great.

I wanted to try out a pair of Bluetooth headphones to see how far they've come and if they could be a wireless alternative to my wired Apple EarPods. I do not like in-ear headphones, so the Galaxy Buds Live seemed like a good idea. They don't sound quite as good as the wired Apple Ear Pods and are unfortunately are not as comfortable to wear for me. The touch sensitive controls are annoying, especially since I feel like I constantly have to adjust the Galaxy Buds, so I turned them off on the Galaxy App on my Pixel. Unfortunately, when you first use the headphones and don't open the app, the touch controls turn back on until the app is opened. Despite the issues, I was actually liking the headphones, but I forgot about them and realized I wasn't using them and ended up bringing them back. I would say give them a try if you don't like I'm-ear headphones, otherwise I've heard excellent feedback on the in-ear Galaxy Buds.
