One bud doesnt work

But from a place that has a longer genuine return policy. Samsung product support will take forever to address the isssue. Have been for hours doing chat and calls, but to no avail. May be one off but a genuine issue that no one will even bother to address. Lost respect on the product and conpany.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Terrible. First you need to download an app. They don’t stick in your ear whatsoever. Case doesn’t fully close once you put the wedges on the ear-pods. I envy my wife’s I-Pods.
