Decent sound, very loose fit

Music and voice sounds good but some major complaints: It is very loose fit in ear, so is not is as tight and music is not as loud as could be if all the way in. Also will fall out periodically. Due to this the "noise canceling" is unnoticeable by me as I can hear ambient sounds easily. Also the "touch anywhere" is annoying and is really more like "touch very specifically". Whenever I touch them to adjust it does random functions, but whenever I am trying to use function (pause, noise cancel) it is really heard to get to work. I think is better idea to get cheaper ones without noise canceling, or splurge for Apple.

Had a black pair given to me almost 2 years ago someone stole the case w the 1 earbud in it last year so i finally decided to buy me some more since they were on sale and oh how i have missed them. Upgraded from ear buds + happy husband

He absolutely loves them works very well connecting with our Samsung note 10 phones. Can hear him better as he is a worker at local dairy machinery noise is not heard while where speaking. Can't wait to get a pair myself

He says they are much improved...However, these new bean shaped ones seem to bother his ear a lot more. His right ear is almost feeling rubbed raw inside. That did not occur with the old design.
