I had a hard time getting them set up. But once they were set up, they are pretty easy to use. Don't like how sensitive the controls are, this can be solved by putting an icon on your phone that blocks the touches.

The ANC is really good you can hear the difference immediately. The sound seems kind of muddy on music, no one can hear me on phone calls, and fit is very uncomfortable for my small ears. For the price I was expecting a lot more for the price. The worst part is the range. I literally can not walk 10 feet from the phone before it starts breaking up. Samsung dropped the ball on these, and I will be returning them.

Good and nice concept. Unfortunately, I lost the left piece and I was unable to trace it despite using the SmartThings Find. Also, I have not been able to update the software for the right piece simply because the left pice has gone missing

Bud Live - Purchased for my wife and the following is her review. Sound quality is great and the look is sleek. However, I have small ears and the buds kept falling out....once near my plate of food. No matter how I twisted them or how far I pushed them into my ears, within minutes one or both of them would fall out, even without me moving or talking. They're pretty and fancy, but not practical, at least not for people with small ears. Definitely not "one size fits all." We exchanged them for the Buds Plus and they're a little better as far as the wear.

I like the fact you can use one at a time or both at once. Charging case is small and secure. Not having to do anything with the earbuds but when buying from Best Buy either online or in store you have to watch and make sure you get point credits for your items. I've bought numerous things but only a few show up on my account.

I had purchased the first galaxy earbuds that came out, I was very happy with them but after a year when ever I made a call people could not understand me so I went to get another pair since I had the guarantee. I was very much disappointed because when you want to purchase something in best buy as always they tell you everything is included. So they where out of them so I had to pay a difference for the Galaxy Buds Live True Wireless and the first ones where much better fitted better and the volume is very low and it is not what I had expected.
