Honestly not the option for wireless headphones mainly because they slip out a bit and also hurt my ears after a few minutes of wearing them

When they work they sound great, however, they don't fit very well into the ear and when you push them back into your ear they stop playing or change songs, etc depending on which ear you press. The worst part is they cut out constantly. It usually starts with the left side, but both of mine cut out all the time when I move around. Thought they were the obvious choice for a Samsung fan, but these are garbage.

These worked well at first then the right ear bud started to cut in and out randomly. However, as always best buy made it right. Also it was difficult to figure out where to tap them.

PURCHASED IN SEPT AND BY DEC THEY WERE GOING BAD. THE SOUND QUALITY ON ONE BUD WAS VERY BAD. OVERALL THE LOOK WAS NICE AND SHAPE IS COOL. IF YOU ARE PURCHASING THESE, BUY A WARRANTY!

These look nice and have a great sound; however, they are not adjustable and, therefore, not a one size fit all product. I actually wound up returning them because they hurt my ears.

Returned them. Could not the volume loud enough, but they did sound good. They are small, so small they are hard to handle. Returned them!

Fit is good. Music playback is good. Other party hears background noise on phone calls.

I absolutely love these earbuds I'm actually listening to him right now I love that they're compacts they charge wirelessly easy to use volume up hold right volume down hold left stop and play hit the right earbud once...

Love these buds, this is my 2nd pair. I do not like ear buds that go down in your canal so these are sweet. The only problem is when your ear is sweaty or oily from a work out they will fall out.

The buds are great took some getting use to also sometimes it doesn't seem like both are in sync but it eventually does. The battery life is my biggest issue but I hear the newer buds+ is just as bad so ...overall I enjoy them.

I purchased 2 pairs of Samsung earbuds, the new "bean" ones and the original wireless ones. The customer service was super fast, super nice, and when I needed to exchange, the story was the same. The earbuds are wonderful too! I definitely will shop Best Buy again and I'd buy these earbuds again!

I don't particularly enjoy them the fitting is not very comfortable the volume sucks and they constantly fall out of my ears. That being said they are very pretty.

As stated, this Earbuds are called "live". These are not made for "noise cancelation" which i personally like. I like being aware of my sorroundings able to hear my sorroundings or someone calling me while listening to music.

Love these. It took some getting used to. Finding the right fit is a bit challenging at first, but once you get them - they fit well & I don't notice them. They are 'live', meaning you will hear outside noises (not isolating).

Good earbud a different fit from others not sure if thats good or bad. It fits more like a hearing aid which is out of sight which is good but comfortability is questionable and not sweat proof

They sound good but they have a hard time staying in my ear idk why but they always pop out when I move around.

They just won't stay connected, tried multiple devices to make sure it wasn't the phone but same issue.

Purchased these for my son’s birthday. I was looking for great sounding and totally wireless buds. He owns other wired earbuds but he loves the sound quality and touch options. He use’s them mainly at work and he said they are exactly what he was looking for.

Sound was tinny . They did not sound good at all particularly for someone used to Apple AirPods
