I'm not returning these cause I like them but what the heck? The interchangeable eartips came with two lefts like seriously. The bigger one for my left ear is great but theres no other one for my right ear. So be careful about ordering this if eartips are an issue

These are fantastic. I hear stories of Apple ear buds dropping it not connecting, but these sync up with laptops and phones across multiple brands. The color is great, too. Wish the batteries were a bit better, but haven't had them run out on me yet.

They fit and look great but they were not what I was looking for. They echo and my ears are very sensitive. Not the right fit for me unfortunately.

First time buying "ear buds" and the sound is great!! My left one falls out from time to time but it is probably my ear. These were on sale and I am happy that the sales person advised me to purchase these over a lower version.

Nice product, Bixby needs overhauled to better suit. Needs "tap" sensitivity to perform better. Tap also needs easier 1 tap =answer calls. 2 taps =end calls. Better voice recognition

I bought this for my mom she loves it. She has an apple phone but she didn't like that stem like piece sticking out from the bottom of the Apple Air Pods. I have a pair myself from Samsung and I never had a bud that comfortable fits my ear until this one.

Good ear pods overall the only thing that might bug you a little. After a while of wearing them depending on your ear size, might hurt.

My boyfriend like the buds... however take some time getting used to the in ear option... also am I opinion I think the bud should come in different sizes to accommodate Smaller and larger ears

Have tried a lot of headphones for bike riding. The Powerbeats sound better and also sit well but difficult to use with glasses/shades. These "beans" can be adjusted within the canal and don't fall out. Pairs with Android/Samsung well- Powerbeats has issues.

These are great, if they had volume control it would be better, & sometimes the controls that exist are a little too sensitive- changing songs or turning off due to activities or hair movement

Okay sound. This is my first Samsung product coming from Bose. The sound is okay. These are a little hard to get the fit but they were great once I got them in.

These were such a gokd price and they work excellent. They were a gift and the person was very pleased. They fit well in your ear, the noise cancelation is excellent, very lightweight, waterproof and they charge quickly as well.

I live the quality and sound of this product. But samsung dropped the ball on the comfort part. You might need the perfect ear for the buds live..

It is very easy and durable. I like it and easily to carry on. Nice cage and very beautiful golden color. This is my chrismas gift for my wife with the Samsung note 20 phone. She likes it and i really recommend for my friend as well as other people

The audio quality is great. The mic, however, is not. I cannot use the mic for phone calls or video chats because folks cannot hear me.

I got these for my mother for Christmas so she hasn't opened them yet;However,she wanted a pair so I got the exact pair she requested so I know she'll rock these while working in her yard .

Sound quality was good. Fit in ear was uncomfortable and would fall out. Lost one within three days as fell out in drain so gone.

I thought I'd give some true wireless earbuds a try, but they may not be the best fit for me...literally. they do fall out of my ears too frequently, and I do not have particularly large ears. They went flying out once when I was driving and a few times outside. Concerned that I may lose them or they might get crushed under foot. Also, the battery life is not as long as I expected. I use mostly for work and am on Webex meetings all day. I start calls at 9a and the battery dies by 1p, not as long my previous Insignia BT, which lasted more than 12 hours.

My wife wanted these for Christmas - SHE LOVES THEM - Runs with them, listens to seminars as well as uses them for Zoom meeting while working from home. Says it took some time to get used to the way they sit in her ear, but LOVES them all the same.

These were delivered very fast, they sound good, but I rated low because everyday I have to reset them just to get the left earbud to work. Both buds are fully charged, but no music from the left bud. Next they do not connect well with the Galaxy watch, it sounds very static, I have the z fold 2 and it's heavy so I have to not carry the phone to get clear music.
