I just open the case and they automatically join my phone and I'm instantly listening to music to go run. They also have a feature where you can still hear your surroundings for safety. They are really cool!!

(the string pulls your ear)

My other Samsung buds didn’t hurt. But this color is what drawing me. If matches my phone and watch!

She really loved the Rose Gold color and the sound. She doesn't really like earbuds but these are "Beans" and she did like the feel of these in her ears.

Then all of a sudden they wouldn't charge anymore. Reached out to best buy. They scheduled me with a tech to fix. Then go to tech and tech says i have to reach out to samsung lol why then did you set up an appointment? Why have me come in just to tell me to reach out to samsung? I dont recommend
